If you want a clean, reasonably priced but somewhat basic Hyatt experience, then this is a great choice.
Staff were great and helpful, and the food was good too.

Facilities: 5-star hotel standard configuration;
Hygiene: The room is cleaned on time every day and is very clean;
Environment: Convenient to travel, the sea view from the top floor is very good, very quiet
Service: Very enthusiastic, because there are children, doormen, front desk staff, restaurant service staff, service members with glasses on the roof, restaurant chefs, and lobby ***agers, all of whom take good care of us. They will take care of us no matter where the children go. They take good care of the children and are very enthusiastic. I am very grateful for the warm service provided by the hotel. Although it is no longer a sea view room, their service attitude makes me recognize this hotel. Thank you to the hotel for preparing cakes, fruits and drinks for the children every day!

Overall it was a very exhilarating experience in connection with my 2 days at Hyatt Centric, Juhu Mumbai. The attention to small details and requests from the customer, starting from an early check in and late check out, keeping in view the request which was placed during my online check in, differentiate you from other hotels as it provides a WOW experience and matters to us as it demonstrate you care, though this was my first visit to your hotel. Special mention and call out to Ms Bhavna who attended to us at the restaurant in our hotel during our breakfast on both the days, she was most attentive, connecting with us and making us feel at home. These types of personal touches enhance the experience during our stay and the fact she provided us with the attention and care that we needed, especially my wife, made it a memorable visit. For sure, whenever we visit Mumbai next time, Hyatt Centric Juhu will be the hotel of our choice. Once again thanks to the entire team and looking forward to being at your hotel during our next Mumbai visit.

Nice place with good ambience, smiling and cooperative staff. They listen to us and do their best ☺️ ☺️. Everyone loved the food, we went there in summer @good AC. With yummy coolers 🥤 🥤 Top with starters and yummy yummy chat Awesome biryani too

It was small gathering but the arrangement were very nice to the smallest details special thanks to ms Ruchita for her dedication and making the party successful.Not to forget the chef Yogesh who was there for our feedback and any changes we would like to suggest for improving the food quality and taste thanks once again to the whole team Mr khushal who was there for our requirements and feedback we would definitely keep our next party in Hyatt Centric, Thanks
