"We stayed at the Taj Mahal Palace for 5 days and 4 nights as a couple, and our experience was truly unforgettable. We were thrilled to receive a complimentary upgrade from the Tower to the Palace wing, which made our stay even more special. The welcoming ceremony set a beautiful tone, and the complimentary drinks and chocolates sent to our room were a thoughtful touch—especially the hot chocolate, which was honestly the best we’ve ever tasted. The breakfast buffet had a good spread, and everything we tried was delicious. The à la carte portions were perfect as well. A special mention to Kiran, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was always spotless thanks to Sachin, our housekeeper. His attention to detail truly impressed us—flower-petal art on the floor, towels neatly placed under our shoes, and beautifully arranged toiletries. These thoughtful touches made us feel genuinely cared for. We also want to highlight Sapna from the front desk, who went above and beyond to arrange breakfast to be sent to our room on our last day since we had an early morning flight. Her efficiency and kindness made our departure smooth and stress-free. K. Singh, the bell boy, was always welcoming with a pleasant smile and ensured we felt comfortable each time we entered or left the hotel. The gym was well-equipped and enjoyable to use, rounding off a perfect stay. Overall, our time at the Taj Mahal Palace was exceptional from start to finish. We thoroughly enjoyed every moment and will definitely return soon."

I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet at Tiqri, which featured a delicious spread of both Indian and international favorites. From the efficient check-in process to the friendly concierge who helped me with local tips, I felt genuinely cared for throughout my visit. "Amazing location to the jio world convention Center, walking distance. Staff and facilities were amazing was sad I couldn’t use them more. Anand from in-room dining was so attentive to my needs helped me figure out the room when I had questions. Breakfast was absolutely amazing with all staff really taking care of what u want. "Very big hotel, located close to the airport. Has a rooftop view, with restaurant and outdoor swimming pool. The planes landing and taking off can clearly be viewed from the rooftop. T1 is on a walking distance, where there are multiple options for food. Note: outside food is not allowed in the hotel! Rooms were nice and clean, a bit outdated in aesthetics, but nothing worn out or too old."

"Wonderful experience. Excellent staff & service. Very nice room with great view of the Sealink Bridge and Mahim Bay.  Very good location - Hill Road shopping area, Elco, the pain poor’s place only ten minutes taxi ride away.  Minor shortcomings: there was too much furniture in the guest room the furniture was poorly laid out, the bath room sink faucet was loose, the quality of some breakfast food items could be better."

Location is about 10 to 15 mins away from international airport. There's street shopping area in a walking distance from the hotel, taxi and 🛺 are easily available outside 🏨 or you can book via uber."

"Was here for a work trip and the hotel and facilities were great. Even let me use the pool after check out as a gesture of good will since my flight was late that day. Amazing staff all around. And the breakfast was also nice. Pretty standard"
