Breakfast was great, good variety and they also make you various omelettes to order, all included in the breakfast buffet! "I stayed at this hotel for two separate nights because I did the golden triangle tour in India. The first night I felt more appreciated as a guest and was able to rest well after Travel. The second day was on Republic Day and I just feel the employees working were a little bit jaded. The exception is the bell desk which held my bags for five days during my golden triangle tour. Much appreciated. The first night I stayed through another app on WeChat and was very impressed with the decor and arrangement of the hotel. I was able to witness an Indian wedding with some music outside. The ATM is located in the financial building next to the hotel. For Republic Day, the city surrounding the hotel still had lots happening and worthy of photos. The restaurant service in the Indian restaurant was a little disorganized and took a long time. The salmon was delicious, kudos to chef. The view was not as good as the first night, but I still enjoyed the room itself as the sunrise was better for photo. The room service is exceptional.  I’m not sure if it was because it was dry day and holiday or not, but I feel there wasn’t as much enthusiasm from the employees as the first night.  By room phone, an employee told me to go to the Wine store because they were open and selling on holiday, and a random taxi took me to a scarf shop instead from their lobby taxi line. That was the only disappointment because I still had to pay the taxi to take me back to the hotel after being told that the employee who told me to go to the wine store was incorrect. This was concierge. Otherwise, I feel this hotel is the most affordable, considering the area of the government and embassy. I was told this is a five star hotel and feel that the area is generally safe and clean compared to other parts of the city or beyond the Delhi toll gate. Even though the air quality was pretty high, I was able to get some good photos on the second visit from the room view.  There is a really nice Japanese restaurant in there, and breakfast was good. I slept well regardless. Beautiful hotel with art displays on one of the floors."

"Conveniently located in Vasant Vihar for excursions to both Delhi and Gurgaon. The staff was courteous. The breakfast menu changes a bit each day. I would especially recommend the spa, it's a great place to stay and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I contacted the hotel through their spa website and got a quick response, the booking was smooth and they have a full range of ayurvedic treatments. The gym was also uncrowded and had good equipment. The rooms were a bit dated, but good value for money hotel!"

"The service was excellent. I stayed at this hotel 11 years ago, and even though it's older now, the service, maintenance, and cleanliness are still outstanding. Highly recommended! My suitcase was covered in dust from Delhi airport, and the bellhop in the hotel lobby kindly wiped it clean before taking it up to my room. The dry cleaning service was back in just four hours – fantastic!"
