The hotel is conveniently located near Connaught Place. I chose this hotel specifically because it has a bathtub. It turned out to be a great decision! The water temperature was around 40°C, which was a bit lukewarm for me, but it was essential to soak away the fatigue from my trip in India, so it was a huge help. This was my hotel for the final night of my 7-day trip. My stomach was quite tired, and I was craving Japanese food. To my surprise, I found a Japanese restaurant on the first floor of this very hotel when I searched online. The prices were on the higher side, but the taste was as good as what you'd find in Japan, and the presentation was delicate. I was extremely satisfied.

Excellent hotel with great service. There are places for walks nearby. There's a pool. The food at the hotel is almost continental, you can eat it without getting sick. The room is spacious and well-renovated.

I stayed at this hotel for three nights. The room was cleaned very well every day, and it was spacious and comfortable. There were a few disappointing points, such as the bathtub plug not working properly and some water leaking from the air conditioner due to condensation. However, overall, I had a good stay and was satisfied with the hotel.

The whole experience began unsatisfactorily, with the first 2 nights stay not great. But after requesting a room change, and a meeting with the manager, the manager tried his best to rectify all the issues, and offered us a free meal for 2 as compensation. The meal was in their Japanese restaurant on our wedding anniversary, and was first class in every way The staff are super ;olite and helpful

Good hotel near the centre of New Delhi. It’s a 5 star hotel, but maybe not by westerner standards-more like a very good 3 star, low 4 star, except for the staff who were excellent throughout the hotel. The room was fine, a little tired in places and there was a stain on the pillow case-not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was excellent, mostly Indian dishes, but did cater for all tastes in some way. Staff were excellent in all areas of the hotel-could not do enough to help. I would come back to stay.

This hotel was great, Overpriced for what it is, and service is responsive and great. facilities and such are hard to understand how they work, but people are usually very helpful, food was good, breakfast was good, however when trying to modify bookings, one day later, or checking out earlier, they will NOT budge at all even if told in advance and reject any online booking request to modify it. That's my only gripe, however its good, location is good but not the best. Great stay overall, little things were off about it.
