The best hotel in north Delhi, it's great to stay and good to feeling the old town. good for visitors and traveler.

Spacious rooms and friendly staff. Good breakfast. a very cost-effective option.

Very niceand luxurious Hotel. Staff is friendly. In the nearby area there is not so much to do. To travel to the other side of Delhi takes a lot of time.

I asked to get a connecting home but the reception guy told me that he can’t give me, but I had already requested this while making the booking and also reconfirming it by telephone call,, it was too late for me to check in and I didn’t want to argue and the reception guy said that he will give me two rooms next to each other, but he didn’t give as what he said and gave me the rooms at two different angle.. The shower room doesn’t have light in the toilet and the water leaking out while showering and it leaking out like horrible and I slipped once and my daughter slipped twice.. it was a very bad experience.

We had a confusion with the booking because several hotels in this chain have almost identical names. By mistake, we booked the one in Delhi instead of Gurgaon. When we arrived for check-in, it took nearly two hours of back-and-forth with the staff trying to fix the situation, request a refund, or switch to the correct hotel. In the end, they assured us that everything would be resolved — they said they’d contact the other branch and process the refund. Unfortunately, the refund never arrived. I ended up spending more than 3–4 hours in total on calls, messages, and endless explanations just to fix something that should’ve been simple. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect when paying $350 per night.

Poor customer service from most of the hotel staff. Never would class it a 5 star hotel based on cleanliness.

Really recommend for every people, who want to have a great service, comfortable living, and cleanliness hotel in Delhi. This hotel located at East of Delhi, not hard to call Uber to everywhere in Delhi.
