Staff are accommodating and respectful. This is hotel though is very basic, something that you will just sleep in during transit. We asked for non smoking room, we were told it was a nonsmoking room but you can smell the smoke in the room. They were kind enough to change our room. But the next room, though bigger and no smoke smell, it is not any better. The toilet was not cleaned properly or never been cleaned for quite awhile, the long term poop stain has been visible (I will not gross out people so did not take a picture), would have been nice if it was soaked in bleach for few hours before placing another occupants. The furnitures are dirty and oily, single swipe of wet wipes you can see how dirty they are. We booked during last leg of winter, but there is no room heater, the bed and towels were damp, I had to place my personal blanket on the bed just to make me feel comfortable. Delhi is generally noisy, but in this hotel, you can hear all sorts of noise until after midnight, construction, alarm, vehicle honking, people talking… no sound proofing.
