Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels, Dwarka, New Delhi

WelcomHotel Dwarka continues to be my preferred transit hotel whenever I travel through Delhi. The comfortable rooms, cozy beds, convenient location and consistently warm hospitality make every stay effortless and enjoyable. As a returning guest, I was pleased to see the launch of Del-One and wish the team every success with this exciting new concept. While I do find myself missing the extensive breakfast spread and familiar atmosphere of Pavilion, I look forward to seeing Del-One evolve and establish its own identity. A special thank you to the team for always making me feel welcome and at home. It's the thoughtful service and genuine hospitality that keep me coming back year after year.

Beautiful hotel with great friendly staff offering VIP treatment & welcome. Has beautiful coffee, bar lounge and restaurant, offering good buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner. Great way to taste Indian cuisine.

Good hotel but at due to traffic it took longer time to reach hotel. Overall ok and staff was cooperative

Mosquitoes galore I swear. The area where the hotel was located was pretty desolated. There was only a gas station nearby with a convenience store that was open until late. The market in the basement floor closes at 8pm, so if you don't make it, well, good luck. The building looks a lot older than the pictures. But, the staff's hospitality is pretty much Indian standards; they help you with your luggage and take care of you through your entire check-in process. The rooms were quite big in my opinion; could see that they were sort of old in some areas, but not too bad for the money spent. Overall a nice stay since I wanted to stay closer to the Yashobhoomi Expo Center.

I stayed here for 6 nights. The hotel is quite outdated and in need of refurbishment. The room was spacious, and they provided complimentary water generously. However, the elevator was very slow, and it took a long time to go up to the room. Unfortunately, the front office team was not helpful at all. I felt they were quite new. They arranged my car going to Taj Mahal 30 minutes late, and the front office staff insisted that I was mistaken. It was very frustrating because I had proof and a message sent to the concierge requesting the car at 5:00 AM. I ended up calling the Night Manager to report the issue. The saving grace was the hotel driver (Ardos—apologies if I spelled his name incorrectly), who provided excellent customer service. He was very good and made sure I was comfortable throughout the journey. He is a wonderful staff member who truly goes above and beyond. He was very helpful and kind. Someone like him should be well taken care of by the management. Kudos to him!
