Good hotel. Nice large room. Bed is comfortable. Shower hot and bathroom good size. Kettle is good too. The minibar (fridge) was useless and did not keep any drinks colder than having them outside. Would like to see a proper mini cooler there so can keep water cold etc. Building work next door and outside skip could be a problem.

Great location for the business area of Frankfurt. I would recommend that travellers arriving by public transport take the S Bahn to the stop ”Taunusanlage”, which is in a nice safe area and avoid getting off the train at the dangerous Hauptbahnhof / main station area. The rooms are on the small side but impeccably clean, modern and well designed - with a laptop compatible safe. The bathrooms are fabulous with designer shampoo, conditioner and shower gel. The breakfast at this hotel is exceptionally good - with the option to have omelettes or other egg dishes cooked freshly for you. There's a wonderful selection at the buffet and all really fresh and good quality. I also ate in the restaurant a couple of times and always found the food to be excellent. Would happily recommend it and stay here again in future

Very clean and comfortable modern hotel with phenomenal breakfast. I wish we were staying in Frankfurt longer. The gym is better than most hotel gyms — it even has a smith machine!

The room is big and clean. It has big windows too. The staffs are nice. It is close to the tram station so it’s convenient. However, you need to pay deposit to rent a kettle. Overall, I enjoy my stay here.

Ღღling*This is my go-to hotel for business trips. The transportation is decent; at least it's very close to the exhibition center, making my commute easy. It's also not far from Skyline Plaza, which is convenient for dining and shopping. The breakfast is pretty good too, they even have a waffle maker so you can make your own!

AAngusThe hotel is nice. Dogs are allowed. The room is large and has a balcony. There is a park outside, which is very good for walking the dog. It is also very convenient and close to the river. It is very dog-friendly. I am very satisfied with the room and will stay here again in the future.

GGuest UserI booked the room with breakfast but the hotel said it was 28euro per night extra so I didn’t use the breakfast but the breakfast according to my booking was included I feel cheated for my money with this. Booking a room for 168euro and includes breakfast for three then in the end I didn’t use the service since the service agent at the counter was not professional and told me it’s not including breakfast.
Also I tried to call the counter for the whole day and no one picked up the phone. Very disappointed and even though the location and room was great I will not be coming back due to this.

GGuest UserSehr schickes „Designhotel“, tolle Deko in den Gängen und Foyer und überall. Nette freundliche Rezeption, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Etwas unter den Erwartungen blieb das vegane Frühstück. Zwar jammern auf hohem Niveau, aber dennoch kein Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die ähnliche Angebote (vegane Frühstücke) anbieten. Erst einmal ist der ganze Gedanke, in dieser Kneipengegend ein Hotel mit diesem Konzept (fair, nachhaltig, vegan, Gemeinschaftsgedanke) zu etablieren. Man sollte aber auf jeden Fall einen tiefen Schlaf haben oder die bereitliegenden Ohrenstöpsel benutzen, am Wochenende wird es sehr laut. Ansonsten ist die Lage gut, man ist schnell am Römer und die Bus und Bahnverbindung ist auch fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Kleine Italiener und andere Restaurants sind auch nahe. Würde ich nur aufgrund des veganen Frühstücks wiederkommen? Nein. Und wer das vor hat oder Wert darauf legt, sollte eines wissen: Brötchen mit veganer Wurst und Scheibenkäse kann man sich genauso auch gut zuhause machen, Joghurt mit Beeren auch. An die Betreiber gerichtet: Schaut euch mal das Ahead Hotel in Brandenburg an: Geile Sorten veganer Käse, selbstgemachte Waffeln, selbst gemachte Aufstriche, halt alles ein bisschen spezieller. Das was ich in jedem Lidl bekomme, dafür brauch ich nicht ins Hotel. Dennoch bleibt es sehr lobenswert, überhaupt ein veganes Konzept durchzuziehen. Auch der Filterkaffee und Cappuccino waren sehr lecker. Hier noch zwei Anmerkungen: Betrifft mich zwar selbst nicht, aber wer Gluten nicht verträgt, der kann sowohl die Brötchen, Croissants als auch die Hafermilch mit Müsli nicht essen, da wäre Sojamilch als Alternative schon irgendwie cool. Und warum muss bei dieser geringen Auswahl ein Cappuccino extra kosten? Wir zahlten knapp 160€ für 4 Tage Frühstück und im Grunde gibt es das auch alles im nächsten Supermarkt. Wer trinkt denn mehr als 1-2 Cappuccini zum Frühstück, kann man da nicht einfach sagen, das ist im Preis mit drin? Die Zimmer sind ja auch nicht ganz günstig. Also, lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: Cooler Aufenthalt, in einer wilden Gegend mit tollem Konzept, aber nur wegen dem (wenn auch sehr leckeren Frühstück) würde ich nicht kommen. Dazu wünsche ich mir etwas mehr, was den Hotelaufenthalt zu etwas besonderem macht und nicht veganer Scheibenkäse aus der Packung. Vielleicht könnte man da mal mit lokalen Betrieben zusammenarbeiten, es gäbe ja richtig tolle Käse- und Wurstalternativen bspw. aus Mandel- oder Blumenkohl.

BbaojunMy stay at Toyoko Inn Frankfurt Ostend was fantastic! The breakfast was delicious and offered a great variety of choices. Security was excellent, and my room was cleaned spotless every single day. Being right above a police station definitely made me feel extra safe, and the location is incredibly convenient, close to the central station. Just a heads-up: they don't provide toiletries, so remember to bring your own. I highly recommend this hotel, especially for first-time visitors to Europe. I'll definitely be staying here again!

FFanAngpingRoom is clean. Hotel is new. Size is quite small but acceptable because of the price. Near red light district. Lots of bars. Plenty of restos around. Could be a bit scary on weekend nights walking from train station to the hotel because of drunks, *******, homeless, people gathering together in the middle of the sidewalk. I am not sure if it will be the same scene on week nights. When we checked out on Monday dawn, street was very clean. Friendly reception
