GGuest UserAmazing stay at The Westin Grand Frankfurt! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location for shopping and exploring the city. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the facilities were excellent. Had a very relaxing and enjoyable experience as a couple. The only thing for me was the bed was a little too soft, but overall we really enjoyed.

BBilly BatA bare bones business hotel. Amenities need to be requested at the front desk. Not much options in the immediate area around the hotel for restaurants. The closest are at up the road at the nearest intersection. Breakfast is nice. Though the walls are thin. Didn't get a full bed, but two smaller ones pushed next to each other.

AArchDragonWe visited on 11 April 2026. The hotel is located near the main train station (Hauptbahnhof), but it’s a bit hidden, so you may need some navigation to find it.
The lobby is clean and warm, which is especially nice in cold weather when you’re heading back after a long day. A thoughtful touch is the complimentary fresh water infused with mint leaves and lemon slices, as well as free Granny Smith apples available for guests.
We stayed in Room 405, which was very clean and tidy. The air conditioning worked well during warmer days. The bathroom includes a heating rack, which is useful for drying laundry or warming clothes before heading out.
However, no dental kits were provided, so be sure to bring your own. Basic amenities like hand wash, shampoo, and body wash are available. One downside is the shower, the water pressure is quite weak, and the temperature fluctuates between hot and cold regardless of the dial setting.
A point to be cautious about: the street outside can feel unsafe, especially at night. There were people smoking and drinking, with occasional loud noises such as shouting or music. The area was also quite dirty, with noticeable trash and a strong smell of urine. It’s best to stay alert if walking alone, particularly after dark.

GGuest UserThis was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful! Many thanks!

__adjan101The location of the hotel is perfect. Very close to the train station and many shops and restaurants just around the corner.
The rooms are a bit on the smaller side, but they have a balcony which makes up for it.
The breakfast is a selection of breads with cold meats, cheese and spreads. There is also cereal and yogurt for those trying to cut the carbs.
Overall, it was a good stay.
