"The room was tiny; we had to put our luggage on the bed to open it. European hotel beds are generally small, and no one cleaned our room during our several-day stay—there was basically no service. The front desk staff seemed to be just going through the motions, chatting amongst themselves, and didn't seem particularly fond of Chinese guests. There was road construction nearby, so taxis had to take a long detour and still couldn't get close. There's absolutely nothing around the hotel, just residential areas. You could walk for 15 minutes and not find a single restaurant. It's right by the highway and feels very desolate."
