Hilton Frankfurt City Centre

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and its location is really convenient. However, the price this year is significantly higher than last year. The breakfast selection isn't huge, but it's perfectly fine. The yogurt, though, is excellent.

Facilities: The facilities are very new. Cleanliness: It was very clean. Environment: The environment is good. Service: The service was warm and friendly. The location is excellent, quite close to all the attractions, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. The only downside was that our room faced a construction building.

Facilities: The gym is a collaboration with a local chain and is very well-equipped. The pool is as large as a public swimming complex and quite clean. Cleanliness: The room layout is decent, with a separate bathtub and shower. It was cleaned reasonably well. Service: Breakfast was quite ordinary, without many options. The staff were enthusiastic, and overall, the experience was good.

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the subway station. The room was comfortable, and the staff provided great service. The pool looked fantastic, but I arrived too late to swim. I'm looking forward to using it next time!

The location is convenient, and the front desk service is excellent, with staff available 24 hours a day.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to various attractions, and there are Chinese restaurants nearby for convenience. However, the staff were unfriendly. All the lower-floor rooms were assigned to guests of Asian descent; every night I stayed, I only saw Asian guests. When I asked the front desk if there were any higher-floor rooms available, they only offered one mid-floor room facing the parking lot, warning that it would be noisy. Additionally, waiting for the elevator took a long time; on lower floors, I often had to wait five minutes or even longer. This is likely due to an elevator setting issue, prioritizing independent elevator use for higher floors.

Excellent! The room was spacious, and they provided slippers and toothbrushes – you just need to ask, as they're not common in Europe. The bed was very comfortable, and it was quiet. Not far from the train station.
