This was our first time in Frankfurt, and this hotel was quite good. The best part was its excellent location, making it easy to get anywhere. Although many people say the area around the train station can be a bit chaotic and close to the red-light district, advising against going out at night, I personally didn't find it that bad. Just be a little cautious. We could walk or take public transport everywhere we wanted to go and see sights, which saved us a lot of time. I was traveling alone with two elderly relatives this time, and they were very comfortable. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the hotel, especially the staff, who were incredibly friendly. When I mentioned the sink wasn't draining and the kettle had issues, they immediately offered to change my room and ended up giving me a family suite. I really didn't expect them to be so helpful! Great location ! Just walk for 10 min straight to central train station.The staff was friendly,room was quiet and clean.I stayed a night and it was perfect,because I arrived from Berlin by train and next morning went to the airport by train .

I everything started when I arrived to the hotel about 12:40 pm and wanted to check in, the manager said I need to pay the extra 15euros for early check-in and I decided to walk around and wait until 3 pm. When I came back he checked me in, so after like 2-3 mins there I realized it wasn’t the room I booked online. The room looked like it’s the room for disabled people. Additionally, I have rhinitis and the room looked super dusty so I asked the manager to change the room directly. He said they only have same 2 rooms of this type and offered me to upgrade and pay about same amount I paid online for a double room, I refused and said I want a refund and I will choose another hotel then. Also the reception desk refused to call the manager to explain the situation why they scam people (it was 3 pm and he said he can’t disturb the manager as he is sleeping !!!). When I went upstairs to the room to pick up the luggage he started to call someone in Arabic and talk quickly. So by the end I left the hotel without the refund, booked another one. Trip.com also tried to resolve the issue, but the hotel didn’t respond. Absolutely do not recommend, scam and fake photos

Being close to the Central Station is a double-edged sword. The location itself is actually quite good, making it convenient to walk everywhere, but the area can be a bit sketchy, so you need to be careful! The room was comfortable and quiet, ensuring a good night's sleep.

happy with our stay.:they even let us do the early check in. place are accessible for everything, from railway station, bus station and even in the center of frankfurt . all walking distance. Good choice place to sstay.

The neigbourhood isn't the best you can stay, but once you are inside the hotel is fine. Rooms are spacious and clean. The service is very friendly, doors are open 24/7, it's near to the station, city centre and Frankfurter Messe. You can book breakfast but you need to go across the street to antother hotel to enjoy it.
