Main Hotel Frankfurt City

The trip was fantastic. I was on a solo travel. Specially I like the guy who do night shift he is so friendly and helpful with information and food. I have heard Germany people are not good at communication but To be honest whoever I met everyone was friendly and helpful

They gave a fan, it was broken dismantled and not working, a lot of empty space wasted in the room. Toilet and shower Smells.

Staffs are good and helpful , my single was good in cleanness but very tight, I thought it’s same size for 2 but less things like towels shampoo… but it’s really tight , it’s like once you get in to the room and 1 step to bed . Reception staff are helpful, and I really like the room for 2 persons still tight but nice

Hi the hotel was so dirty. It wasn’t clean and smelling was so bad and even on the bed was so dirty. I can suggestion to everyone don’t choose this hotel .

Room is clean but smells not so good

This is was by far the worse place I have ever been in my life, I have never felt more unsafe in my life. Às soon as I entered the building there were about 10 police officers inside the building because of an apparently fight between two men, one of them had blood all over him, both were high on *****, they barely knew where they were. The hotel was so dirty they I felt I was actually sleeping on a shelter, there were people fighting the whole night, blood on the floor and stairs, trash all over the floor and stairs, broken glasses on the floor, people yelling at each other, drug addicted everywhere, I felt I was actually spending the night on a prison rather than a hotel room. The police had to come to the hotel TWICE that night, I was supposed to stay two nights, but I couldn’t even spend an entire night, 4AM in the morning I decided to leave because I was terrified for my life
