The best falls view room in Niagara! You can overlook the entire Niagara Falls without even leaving your room. The breakfast restaurant also offers an unobstructed view of the falls. The bathtub with a spa feature was incredibly comfortable. If possible, I highly recommend visiting in winter; the snowy, icy falls view is truly breathtaking.

The hotel service was excellent, and the staff were polite. Unfortunately, the hotel's buffet breakfast required an extra charge and did not include drinks; if you wanted drinks at the buffet, you had to pay extra. Also, the staff were very busy during peak hours.
Overall, however, I was very satisfied with everything except for the breakfast!

The only reason you would stay here is for the view of the falls which is spectacular. Otherwise it’s pretty basic, no bottled water in the room (can drink tap water) no slippers, basic bathroom amenities, no kettle, no coffee, no iron etc.. basic but quite acceptable.
Food is at Applebees next door which is good service of bad food, or you visit any of the other restaurants nearby. Once you’ve done the falls, there not a lot else to do in Niagara Falls and the hotel doesn’t offer anything to fill the time, but they do have a pool which is great for the kids. Parking is expensive at CAD40/night plus tax. For short waterfall focused stays it works.
Daily Mandatory Charge includes - A hotel marketing and development fee, and Municipal Accommodation Tax. Our hotel offers breathtaking views of the Falls and direct access to top local attractions like Casino Niagara and Falls Avenue Resort. Venture out to nearby wineries, just 30 minutes away. Enjoy our event spaces, on-site dining, including our top-rated steakhouse, and newly renovated rooms with spa-inspired bathrooms.
Our hotel is located directly across the Niagara Falls and is within four minutes of Niagara City Cruises and Clifton Hill. We offer an indoor connection to Casino Niagara, Fallsview Indoor Waterpark, and Falls Avenue Resort. Local wineries are within 30 minutes of us. Enjoy on-site dining, our fitness center, and event spaces.

Very nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasn’t ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunning—you can see both the US and Canadian falls, and it’s perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the ******, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard Niagara Falls and had an amazing experience from start to finish. The hotel is in a perfect location—just a short walk to the falls, Clifton Hill, and plenty of great restaurants.
The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always happy to answer questions or give local recommendations.
The facilities were excellent, including a nice pool and well-equipped fitness area. Parking was convenient, and check-in/check-out were quick and easy.

I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

GGuest UserMarriott rarely disappoints! I believe I stayed on the 11th floor, and the waterfall view was perfectly clear. It was a shame the weather wasn't great that day, but the scenery was very much like the online photos! We bought a package that was supposed to include the hot spring spa, but upon arrival, we found out guests need to book online in advance to use the service. My family and I were put on a waiting list, and unfortunately, we never got a slot before checking out.
GGuest UserThis was our first time staying at Americana and we are very pleased with the experience. We drove 3 hours from northern Ontario and it was worth it! We went with another family for New Year's Eve and our children had such a wonderful time. We ordered room service, went to the waterpark several times, played in the arcade and our kids had so much fun. We are planning to come back next year!
GGuest UserHotel located on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. Great location. Our hotel had a great view of the Falls, but it is a little bit farther back than the Fotos show on the Internet. Breakfast was not good. It was overcrowded you had to wait to get in and there were not enough seats at all. Skipped the breakfast buffet.
Ppet.shop.boyWe stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold.
We were in walking distance to a ******, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!
GGuest UserThe hotel really needs to listen to its reviews. Most people have really damned them for being a dirty stinky cesspit of a venue but actually it is pretty amazing. Very smart foyer, lovely warm and cosy rooms and an amazing location. However, the internet is SUCKY away from the foyer - I had to talk with reception and a support tech person to explain that the internet was bad in the room and it was turned around to seem like I was wrong. Get more routers in, it’s not that difficult. Also, breakfast MUST INCLUDE healthy options. There is not a fruit or vegetable in sight. If you don’t count the options of raspberry or strawberry yoghurts.
Personally, I think the hotel should rethink their pricing strategy. It is far too affordable; and breakfast (with fruit and veg) should be an upsell option. You have the location! You have an amazing swimming pool and hot tub! You even have top quality toiletries! I would have paid twice the rate without breakfast, which most properties in the area are doing.
Sorry for my rant but I know the hotel should and can do better.
GGuest UserHotel location: good and quiet , close to the ****** and entertainment . The accommodation fee is very affordable, Staff is helpful and polite. i will stay at this hotel if I visited Niagara Falls again.
GGuest UserThe staff is great but the hotel is run down. I paid $220 for a night and the carpet was all lifting in the room. They tried to hide it with a chair. The hallway carpets are disgusting and leave the halls smelling musty. The best part though, kids staying with us and they put us in a room where the window was so cracked that one wrong tumble into that window you’d be gone. They thought packers clear tape would fix it.
NNini111The hotel is across from a shopping mall, but a bit far from the falls, requiring a drive. The room was spacious and clean, with a suite featuring a double sofa, a small refrigerator, and a microwave. There were two bottles of mineral water on the bar, each costing 2.75 Canadian dollars. Parking was 20 Canadian dollars per day, and I was given a 15% discount coupon for dining and Starbucks upon check-in. I had read reviews that the hotel was double-charging, and I repeatedly confirmed with the front desk what was included in the room rate upon check-in, but was still charged upon check-out.
GGuest UserOverall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.
