"Wonderful location, room size just nice, toilet size is ok too,, near supermarkets, convenience store, restaurants n subways n translation, front desk guy was very friendly n good service. Price is ok too. Highly recommended to stay there. My room has a balcony too which u can access easily."
"Everything is so perfect. The hotel is just 2min walking from Rogier station, i choose this hotel because it is closed to flexibus station. You may walk to nearby attractions too."
"It has been a very comfortable stay at Whitlock16 hotel apart. The entire hotel feels new, clean, and well-maintained. The studio furnishings are modern, durable, and good quality, which made relaxing after a long day easy. The lounge is a particularly nice perk for guests, providing a pleasant space to unwind with good amenities. Access was straightforward, and it adds noticeable value to the overall stay. In terms of logistics, the location is extremely convenient for getting around, and the check-in and check-out process was fast, efficient, and hassle-free. Overall, a dependable choice for travelers looking for a hassle-free, well-run hotel. I would happily stay here again."
"Love the room and kitchen and private parking , but they inflexible about 11 am check out. Late 1 hour cost u €25 it’s crazy . Other hotel just charge €10 per hour or can free check out still at 12noon . The middle age man very nice and friendly at customer service but just very stricth in late check out. They cleaning woman will knock ur room by 11 am."
"It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable."
"Very clean and well equipped, the breakfast is also very good. There is also small shops inside the hotel where you can buy the local brand chocolate and wines from China, even on Sunday where the shops in the street are closed, it is very good option for people who need to buy gift when only staying short period, especially in the weekend."

Great
GGuest UserThe hotel was nice and clean, with a jungle-like atmosphere and beautiful decoration. It’s in a great location, very convenient and easy to access public transport. The only downside was that when we first entered our room, housekeeping had forgotten to remove items and rubbish from the previous guests, which caused a very bad smell. However, they quickly apologized, changed our room, and offered us free breakfast. Overall, it was perfect and great value for money. Recommended
GGuest UserSpacious room and really comfy bed and pillows. Unfortunatley, free bottled water is not provided in the room so bring your own if you dont drink tap water and/or spend on the mininbar. Breakfast is decent with good quality food but the variety is a bit limited. Staff is nice and friendly. Location may not be ideal for tourist as the hotel locates in a business districts. If you go by tram to reach the hotel, it's better to alight at Rogier and avoid the North Station which is quite shady and not the safest spot in this beautiful city.
GGuest UserWe arrived at the hotel quite late at night, so we had to ring the doorbell at the entrance. A friendly staff member promptly came to assist us and helped us with the check-in process. Once we got to the room, we were pleasantly surprised — the room was very spacious, and the bathroom was equally large. The hot water was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping the room cool and comfortable. One of the highlights was the beautiful view from the room — we had a clear view of Brussels Central Station, which was especially charming at night. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The room, the facilities, and the service all exceeded our expectations.
GGuest UserHotel bit dated, but clean and spacious, especially the lobby. The room was comfortable with a large bed and the bathroom was very big. I also appreciated the small entrance area with double doors, which was very useful for leaving coats and other items. One thing I noticed a bit weird was finding a Bible in the bedside table in 2026, something that felt more typical of the 90s. Overall a pleasant stay, staff very polite.
GGuest UserRight in the middle of attraction places. Closed to central station. They allow you to check in early as well. Yummy breakfast. You will love it.
GGuest UserGood cost effective hotel to stay in for a few days and very good location to navigate around the city of Brussels. Very close to train station and metro/trams.
