ibis Brussels City Centre

Very enjoyable stay - hotel is very clean, staff are friendly, helpful and can speak english well. Location is good - 5 mins from the station. Even i carry a heavy luggage, can easily access to hotel if you exit from no 1. Though i booked the double room, the room is sligjhtly small but acceptable. The bed is very comfy - medium firm! They provide handwash + body wash & shampoo. I love the smell of the handwash, so refreshing!  There are numerous restaurants with different cuisine near the hotel, also with cafe as well. And they can store the luggage for you as well after checkout.  Accor hotels is never disappointing!

My stay at the IBIS was great! I would recommend this hotel if you are traveling alone, with one friend or significant other. The room and bathroom are very small. So keep that in mind with luggage and whatnot. The overall location was great! I could walk to pretty much all the places I wanted to visit. The train, and buses were near by as well. Very easy to commit to and from. This cafe was right around the corner and it was delicious, go to wide awake coffee!

Room got upgraded. Location is excellent. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I chose this ibis becuase close to Metro and easy to walk round all the attractions I wanted to go. I was very surprised that near the hotel have so many Asian restaurants and supermarkets that's a plus for me. Front desk staffs made check in quick and easy. Using Uber/Bolt the car right outside the hotel pick me up. The room size was decent and looked like the pictures. Overall was nice and well maintained hotel.

The hotel was really perfect and the staff were very friendly. The Room was very clean, shiny and very well designed.
