"This hotel provide the Brans NUXE for shower gel, shampoo and hand wash. I was surprised for that. And really made me feel like I am at home, pls have a look the stunning view which I enjoyed in balcony"

"The hotel was nice and clean, with a jungle-like atmosphere and beautiful decoration. It’s in a great location, very convenient and easy to access public transport. The only downside was that when we first entered our room, housekeeping had forgotten to remove items and rubbish from the previous guests, which caused a very bad smell. However, they quickly apologized, changed our room, and offered us free breakfast. Overall, it was perfect and great value for money. Recommended"

"Great location, right beside the EU Commission. I tried the breakfast and was pleasantly surprised—it was very good with plenty of options. I also ordered Uber Eats, and the receptionist kindly offered to bring it up to my room. Daily cleaning was done without having to request it, which I really appreciated. Walking to the city center took me about 30 minutes, which I enjoyed as part of my morning walk. The airport bus stop is also just a 5-minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in town—just remember to bring your own slippers!"

"Don’t let the 3 star classification fool you. If I was told that this was a four star hotel, I would not question it at all. It had such a warm and cozy feel to it starting from the lobby area and up to the room during my student was a medium size one since I was travel solo But if you’re traveling as a couple, you might wanna get a bigger room. Was very friendly and helpful, the room, and the general areas were very clean, and the location was amazing. I have not tried their breakfast as I wanted to discover nearby places. Another plus was that you could open all the windows in the room to get fresh air. This was extra helpful as they had no ac in September. If you prefer cold room to sleep in, this might not be the right one for you around this time. Brenda at the lobby is very nice and Brandon at the lobby is very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay ay Hygge again."

"It’s a very clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay in Brussels. The train and metro stations are just a 7-minute walk away, making it very convenient. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, although many close fairly early. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel."

"Good position for our overnight stop. Close to Brussels Nord, Rougier Metro and about 15 mins easy walk to the Grote Makt. Our room was a generous size with a comfortable bed, Nespresso coffee and good shower. Free filtered still and sparkling water was available from a water station close to the lifts. Breakfast was an extensive hot and cold buffet with lots of choice."

"It’s situated on a bit of an uphill so keep that in mind if you are carrying a heavy luggage. My body and face had a bit of a rashes using the pillows but it cleared up after a couple hours after I woke up. Pretty spacious for a family room as I booked for myself, my husband and my parents. They have a strict room cleaning timing as we told the lady that we will still need some time and to come back later but she never did. Would book here again if I am not sensitive to the pillows and the stay was memorable."

"Check in late Friday night and the gentlemen on reception was a credit to your hotel. He was friendly, chatty and offered any advice and assistance for our short trip. The hotel room was lovely, spacious, clean, beds extremely comfortable and all the amenities we needed. Will be recommending to friends and family. Location was not even a 5 minute walk to the metro which took your directly into the center."
