Pullman Zhouzhuang

Came to Suzhou Olympic Sports Center with friends to see Stefanie Sun's concert, so we decided to spend the weekend in Zhouzhuang. The Pullman is conveniently located near the scenic area. The service was excellent; not only did we receive welcome drinks, but they also upgraded us to lake view rooms, even though the hotel was fully booked for the weekend! One room was on the third floor and the other on the sixth. My friend and I compared and felt that the lake view from the lower floor was actually better, as the higher floor felt a bit far from the lake. The hotel's parking lot is outdoors, and you can also ask the doorman for valet parking. If you park yourself, there's a shuttle service to take you back to the lobby entrance, both options are very convenient. The room facilities were also great; the TV in this hotel was the only one in the past three months that we've stayed at that could connect to our casting device! Finally, we could watch videos from our phones. For breakfast, you could even get Aozhao noodles at the hot food station!

Pullman Zhouzhuang Water Town Hotel | A Family's Honest Review Booked this hotel specifically for a family-friendly getaway with my 1-year-old, but the overall experience fell far short of luxury hotel standards. The disappointment was significant. There were numerous complaints regarding the family-friendly amenities: Despite communicating our needs in advance, the baby crib provided was old, with the protective rubber strip along the edge being pitted and damaged. There were only three cot bumpers, and they were often unavailable as they were always borrowed out. The basic provisions for a family hotel were completely inadequate. The pool water was too cold, feeling only in the low twenties degrees Celsius, making it unsuitable for infants. The changing rooms had a noticeable odor, creating a very unpleasant experience. The indoor playground had many older children (around six or seven years old) making a lot of noise, which easily startled smaller babies. The outdoor area was unusable due to the high temperatures. Service efficiency was slow and disorganized. Checking in and getting room cards took an excessively long time. We had requested three rooms on the same floor in advance, but this was not honored. For the complimentary Wansan Winery craft experience, the staff couldn't even tell us the exact distance, asking guests to search for it themselves, which showed a lack of professionalism. When dining at the Chinese restaurant, drinking water and baby cutlery were not offered proactively. Attention to detail was severely lacking. For a high-end resort hotel, the bathroom was not equipped with alcohol wipes or disposable toilet seat covers, and there were no disposable liners for the bathtub, indicating poor hygiene standards. Coincidentally, a music festival was held at the hotel during the weekend. The 9.9 RMB event generated continuous noise, disturbing our rest. The lake view rooms were significantly overpriced, and in comparison, the garden view room package offered much better value for money. I do not recommend paying extra for a lake view room. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel specifically for families with infants.

The service was excellent, and they really went above and beyond to make us happy. It was my wife's birthday, and the hotel decorated the room, gave us a birthday cake, and even upgraded us to a lake-view suite. Plus, they extended our check-out time until 2 PM.

The decor is quite traditional, not overly stylish or luxurious, but it has everything you need. The bathroom is especially large, and the pool is clean and uncrowded. The hotel also features a small park with green spaces and a lake, perfect for a stroll. There are indoor and outdoor children's play facilities. The bespectacled young man at the Western restaurant's front desk was friendly, polite, and provided great service. It's a 5-minute drive to Zhouzhuang and about 8 km from Jinxi Ancient Town. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

Pullman Zhouzhuang is an excellent hotel all around. The facilities, cleanliness, ambiance, and service were all top-notch. I especially want to commend the front desk staff for being incredibly warm and attentive. For example, I accidentally left an item in my room, and when I called the front desk, they resolved the issue immediately. I'm truly grateful for their help! This hotel truly deserves its five-star rating. Even though I only stayed for one night, I left feeling completely satisfied. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance!

The Pullman Zhouzhuang is great overall. The staff even upgraded our room, which was a nice touch. The environment is lovely, with the entire hotel surrounded by a lake. Our room had a balcony with a lake view, making for a pleasant and refreshing experience. It's a fantastic place for a holiday. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. All in all, it's pretty good.

The hygiene is good, and the environment is pleasant. However, the pool and shower facilities are a bit limited, and the air conditioning was a bit too cold. The service was acceptable, but they were quite uncooperative with a late check-out on the last day of a holiday, which was annoying. The food has improved compared to before.

This hotel is located near Zhouzhuang Scenic Area in Kunshan, making it incredibly convenient for night tours of Zhouzhuang. Ancient towns like Jinxi, Tongli, and Luzhi are also nearby, and transportation is excellent. The hotel facilities are complete, clean, and tidy, with beautiful scenery. It boasts its own lake view, a large lawn, and a greenway, making it perfect for vacations, travel, and leisure. It's best to come by car. Overall, the service is great. The front desk staff are very welcoming, skilled in their work, and excellent communicators, making check-in a breeze.
