"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! 1. The hotel is very close to the MRT, making it is very convenient for getting around. 2. The room was spacious, bright, clean, and comfortable. 3. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. 4. The reception staff were incredibly friendly, warm, and welcoming. 5. The gym was absolutely fantastic! It was very well-equipped with a great selection of fitness equipment, which is actually quite rare to find in a hotel. 6. I accidentally left something behind in my room. I contacted customer service, and they responded incredibly quickly. They found my belongings and returned them to me very quickly. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here. The location, room, breakfast, staff, and facilities were all excellent. I would definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is hands down the best value for money you can find in the city, and without a doubt the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Location & Accessibility: The hotel is situated right in the heart of the city on a lovely, pleasant street surrounded by lots of great restaurants. It’s within easy walking distance of Lumphini park and offers easy access to all the major shopping malls, including CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, Siam Center, Siam Discovery and MBK Center. There is also a convenient bus stop right nearby, making it super easy to reach the historic Old Town and immerse yourself in Thai culture. The Room & Incredible Views: I have never had such a breathtaking view from a hotel room before—it was truly unforgettable. The suites are enormous and fully equipped; you could literally just move in and live here permanently. I was surprised, that the room includes a bathtub to relax in, a modern Japanese-style electronic bidet toilet, a fully functional kitchen, a washing machine. Minor tip for guests: with the AC on, the windows tended to fog up slightly from the temperature difference, which obstructed the view, so I simply turned off the AC for a bit whenever I wanted to take in the clear panoramic skyline. Room Service & In-Room Dining: I was very pleasantly surprised by how affordable and reasonable the room service prices were, so I decided to treat myself and order in. I had the Green Curry and the Mango Sticky Rice (which I developed a serious addiction to during my time in Thailand!). The food was delivered remarkably fast, tasted exceptionally delicious, and I really appreciated being able to pay in cash right at the door. Exceptional Hospitality & Birthday Surprise: The staff here are remarkably warm, polite, and welcoming. I don’t usually leave tips, but the hospitality here was so outstanding that I simply couldn't resist. On top of that, the team surprised me with wonderful birthday greetings and a delicious complimentary cake waiting in the fridge. It was such a thoughtful and unexpected touch! Facilities & Amenities: Swimming Pool: Spacious, pristine, and very relaxing. Fresh towels are provided, and there are secure lockers with convenient wristband keys so you can swim without worrying about your belongings. Sauna: There are separate saunas in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms—an amazing way to unwind right after a dip in the pool. Gym: Fully equipped for a proper workout with well-maintained equipment, proper free weights, yoga mats, resistance bands, and clean towels. I fell so in love with this place that I want to return here for every single birthday. A huge thank you to the wonderful team for creating such a memorable stay and for the lovely gift!"

"I really liked the hotel, and I'm ready to come back again. But keep in mind that not everything is always perfect. This time we got a room on the 6th floor with a noisy neighbor. The air conditioner in the bedroom sometimes smelled strongly of sewage, and the hot water kept switching to cold (every 5 seconds), but the window had a beautiful view of a stream where crows sometimes swim. When you live on the 4th floor and the windows face inward or to the side, it's much quieter and the water is more stable. Breakfast changes every other day, and the cook keeps track of restocking and brings out new portions on time. I never had a situation where everything ran out after breakfast; everything was very tasty. The beds are always soft, the bedding is clean. The pool is clean, and there are separate towels upstairs. If you don't want cleaning and hang the ”do not disturb” sign, you'll get 2 bottles of water and toilet paper at the door every day. (I even got a toilet paper set once when I stayed for a long time.) The front desk staff are the best!! All issues get resolved quickly, and check-in is handled promptly starting at 2:00 PM (earlier check-in isn't possible at any of these branches; they have very strict rules about it). We strongly urge you to change the shampoo and shower gel; not everyone likes the cheap lemon scent (it's the same across all UHG branches)."

"The hotel is located in the CBD. The staff saw I was traveling with a child and upgraded us to a larger room for free. Although it's in the city center, it's very quiet. The breakfast included Chinese-style dishes, and the service staff were warm and attentive. Be sure to try the spa! Banyan Tree's in-house essential oils are fantastic, and the therapists are very professional. I enjoyed a special package (90 minutes for around RMB 800, which also included afternoon tea on the 45th floor). The surrounding area is also very convenient. Just a heads-up: durians are not allowed back into the hotel! It's a good idea to download a translation app, as most of the hotel staff speak English and Thai... Fresh fruit was replenished daily in the room. Even though it's an older brand, it still stands strong, which shows that Banyan Tree definitely has its unique charm!!!"

"The hotel has very spacious rooms that are fully equipped with furniture, basic kitchenware, washing machine with dryer and iron/air table. The room is excellent and can be an outstanding if the furniture is renewed. Honestly, the only comment on the room is the old wooden furniture (yet it's good) and the need for refurbishment and renewal of bathroom design to be more aligned with the hotel image. One of the outstanding things that the hotel offers for guests ( mainly Muslims) is that it provides Qibblah direction in the room ( can be found in the working desk drawer). Hotel location is very excellent and within walking distance from many major shopping malls, like world central that's only 5 minutes walking distance."

"This hotel was definitely the right choice! First off, its location couldn't be more convenient, right next to the JW Hotel. There's a 7-Eleven downstairs, and taxis can drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. The room felt very new, exceptionally clean and tidy, and quite spacious. It even had a small balcony perfect for drying clothes. The hotel isn't directly on the main street (it's about 20 meters away), so you won't hear noisy traffic, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. The only minor downside was hearing some cleaning noise in the morning; I'd suggest adding soundproofing strips to the door frames. The bedding was comfortable and clean, and came with four pillows. The front desk staff spoke a little Chinese, which made check-in smooth. I just remembered, the first floor of this hotel always has a strange smell, I'm not sure why, but the smell doesn't reach the rooms."

"The hotel is located directly above Central World, making its location super convenient. Downstairs, you'll find a shopping mall with everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Across the street, there's Big C, massage parlors, and Pratunam Market. You can even walk to the Siam area in under 10 minutes. The hotel breakfast is excellent and offers a wide variety of food for an additional 590 baht per person. They have Hainanese chicken rice, skewers, salads, pastries, and even noodle soup – fantastic! 👍👍👍 Additionally, the hotel upgraded us to a deluxe twin room. The housekeeping staff are wonderful; every day when they clean the room, they arrange animal towels on the bed! 👍👍"
