"1. I contacted the host through Lai, and they responded quickly. There was a phone number outside the guesthouse, so I called the host. They asked me to add them on Line and provide the door lock code, and then provided my room number and floor through Lai. 2. The room card is on the door, and I can enter by tapping it. It felt very similar to a guesthouse I've stayed in before in Korea. There was absolutely no need to interact with the host, which was very comfortable. 3. The common area, the lobby, is spacious, with a large TV and free Netflix, which was very enjoyable. 4. The kitchen has a water dispenser and a large refrigerator, which is clean and can be used for freezing. The water dispenser also has ice water. 5. There's a washing machine on the first floor, which can be used with the host's permission. 6. The Dyson hair dryer, bidet, and toiletries in the room were all very comfortable and I loved them. 7. The bed was 🛏️soft and comfortable. Sleep through the night. 8. The TV in the room has Netflix and a speaker system, with excellent stereo sound. 9. Dedicated parking is available for guests, both at the entrance and at designated areas. 10. Check out at 11:00 the next day and simply hand in your room card to the box on the first floor. 11. If you have any questions, please contact us directly on Line. We respond quickly and courteously. 12. Please change into indoor slippers before entering the lobby. Place your shoes in the shoe cabinet. Keep the floor clean. The photo shows a triple room, room number 8306. I highly recommend it to everyone. I'd love to stay at this great B&B again."

"Got some hiccups during self check-in. I provided my honest opinions yet apparently they weren't appreciated. Since then I got no or whatsoever responses from the staff. Overall the location was okay. About 15min walk to the train/bus station. 5-10 mins more to the night market (on the opposite side of the train station). It was clean though there was a damp smell when I first opened the door to my windowless shared room. There were only three guests including me (2 were placed next to me) so it was quiet. But I can imagine how hectic it can be if it gets full, with only two showers and 2 toilets. Good you can put food in the fridge and there is also a washing machine. Just a note for all visitors. CCTVs can be found in all public places."

"Nice small family homestay. Friendly host lady. The house is very pretty. Location is a bit far off from anything. It was fine for me. 7 Eleven is two streets nearby. Lots of mosquitoes, due to rice fields around."
