"The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the train station entrance and next to the cable car station up the mountain, which is super convenient. Even though our room didn't have a view of the Matterhorn, everything else was fantastic. The breakfast was plentiful, and the front desk staff were incredibly attentive and welcoming, even recommending routes for us with a map. It was wonderful!"

"Beautiful accommodation, 4th floor suite (top floor) with a view of Mt. Zermatt. We stayed as a family. Free spa. Delicious Swiss breakfast. Staff gave good advice on traveling around the area. Beautiful room but too dim light. May be more suitable for couples. There is a fire pit (in a glass box) to keep warm in the living room. The extra bed was placed in this living room, making the light from the fire too bright when sleeping. The master bedroom has a glass roof. The electric curtains are broken and cannot be used, must be used manually. This room is very cold. It seems that the heater does not work well."

"Perfect hotel. Thanks to Laginabel for providing us with perfect service and upgrading us to a large apartment with a view of the Matterhorn. Here is a summary of the hotel's features: 1. The hotel is very close to Zermatt Station and View Point. It is very convenient to walk there with a suitcase in about 5 minutes. The hotel also provides a free short-term bus (Zermatt's unique battery car). 2. The hotel itself has first-class facilities, especially the new building No. 3 where we stayed this time. The view is also perfect. You can see the view of the view point from the hotel balcony. The spa facilities are also brand new. There are two outdoor swimming pools, one with a higher water temperature and the other with a slightly lower temperature. Both have surfing and massage functions. 3. The hotel service is first-class. When we checked in, the front desk lady personally took us to the room and gave us a Rome tour. The breakfast is also the most abundant in this trip, with fresh smoked salmon sashimi, various hams, cold cuts, fruits and vegetables are all fresh, and there is homelet. 4. The free bus stop of Zermatt Town is right in front of the hotel, which can go anywhere, including Glacier Paradise, Five Lakes Cable Car Station and Negrat Line Train Station."

"I stayed at Hotel Parnass during my time in Zermatt, and it proved to be a very convenient and comfortable base for exploring the town and surrounding mountains. The location is one of its biggest strengths. The hotel is right in the centre of Zermatt, meaning you’re within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, and key attractions. It’s also only about a 5-minute walk from the train station, which is ideal when arriving with luggage or heading out early for mountain excursions. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything needed for a pleasant stay. It had a cosy, alpine feel that suits Zermatt perfectly, and it provided a good place to relax after a day out in the mountains. Breakfast was included in my stay, and it was a great way to start the day. Having breakfast on site makes mornings much easier, especially if you’re planning an early start for skiing, hiking, or taking one of the mountain railways. From a practical perspective, the central location means you can easily access lifts, train connections, and walking routes without needing any additional transport. Everything feels close by, which is a big advantage in a destination like Zermatt. I would highly recommend Hotel Parnass for anyone looking for a well-located, comfortable hotel in Zermatt. It’s a great option if you want to be in the heart of the town with easy access to everything while still enjoying a relaxed alpine atmosphere."

"It's a nice and decent hotel in zermatt. Stayed there for 1 night. It's a bit of walking needed from station to the hotel at about 12 minutes. Room is nice with great view."

"We were informed beforehand that we would need to check in at a different hotel because the automatic check-in machine was out of order. At check-in, they upgraded our bathroom, and the room was very spacious, clean, and comfortable! If the weather is good, you can see the Matterhorn from the balcony!"
