The hotel is clean and big,breakfast also nice.
It offers the free bus pick up from station to the hotel from 8am to 17pm. But the staff service could be better.

Nice hotel, but very bad service. Check in at 3pm. Don’t arrive one minute earlier. Otherwise it’s not fair to others. That is the principle of this hotel.

The location and hygiene are good, but we couldn't see the Matterhorn even though we booked a view of the Matterhorn. The breakfast was very poor, not much choice. The service attitude of the staff was average. There was no kettle in the room, so we had to go to the front desk to install one. They provided it on the first night, but on the second day they said the kettle was broken. I was a little speechless. The shuttle bus can only be used once.
