"Very satisfied with all aspects, the service staff is enthusiastic. The room was given foreign wine, chocolate and apples. The only regret is the standing crane, which blocks the view and is noisy. But this is not the hotel's problem, it is said to be a construction school. I will stay here again if I have the chance."

"I checked into this hotel by coincidence. Maybe I didn't make a reservation in advance and ordered it at the last minute. Maybe because I was a poor student, the front desk receptionist was a little slow at first. But I did book a youth hostel. The train was delayed and I missed the check-in time, so I spent money to rebook here. The location is amazing. Some rooms can see the Matterhorn from the window. The facilities are great. The hotel gave me custom chocolate and red wine when I checked in. Except for alcoholic drinks, everything in the mini bar is free. The breakfast is generally good, but it does not meet the standards of this level. The French toast is like chewing wax, but considering it is in Switzerland, it is normal. There is a horse carriage pick-up service, which attracted the attention of passers-by. I tried it with caution."

Very quiet with no noise from above rooms (although I could hear the neighbors TV through the wall sometimes). Heated boot and ski lockers. Central location close to shops and restaurants and a few steps to busses to the ski areas. We enjoyed our stay there and will come back. Just one note if you are a very light sleeper, the hotel is very close to a popular after ski pub."

The hotel was spotlessly clean, and our room was well-equipped with a fridge and a hairdryer, with ample space to spread out our luggage. Breakfast was delicious, setting us up for a great start to the day. They even have a jacuzzi – I really regretted not bringing a swimsuit! As it was raining, we made good use of their transfer service to the station, and we were so pleased with their friendly and accommodating welcome."

It was the best breakfast we had during our entire trip to Switzerland. The front desk service was excellent, and they offer shuttle service to and from the train station. It's also just a 7-8 minute walk. The room wasn't huge, but it was compact and, by European standards, not small. Recommended!"

"The hotel reception was located in a hotel called Hotel Simi, quite far from the main hotel. This hotel didn't have a reception desk; you had to get your key from another hotel. There were no room cards, only physical keys. The receptionist's attitude was extremely unpleasant; they were indifferent and unresponsive. You also had to manually fill out numerous electronic forms at the reception desk, and instead of showing them to you to help, you were forced to use a difficult-to-use tablet and bend over to fill them out yourself. The hotel carpet was very old and dirty."
