"The room is very nice. The location is excellent. You can see the Matterhorn mountain view, sunrise and sunset. The surrounding transportation is convenient. It is not far from the train station, about 500 meters, but it is all uphill. The hotel itself has a shuttle bus, but I didn't know it when I booked the hotel, so I had to drag my luggage for several hundred meters to the hotel after getting off the train. The breakfast was okay. The service staff was satisfactory. There was a capsule coffee machine in the room, and a few bottles of water were given. There were free soft drinks in the minibar, but alcohol was charged. However, unlike other hotels, it would not be stated what was free and what needed to be paid. I still called the front desk to find out. I think this should be improved. It is more warm to have free chocolates and red wine. Overall, it was not bad. The deduction was that the items mentioned above were not written very clearly."

"On the last day of the trip with four elders in our family, because we got up at different times, we decided to go to our separate rooms to eat. Halfway through the meal, the restaurant service staff loudly came over and criticized us, saying that we are a big family and should sit together at a big table and should not sit separately for a while. Come here, there should be no room. The restaurant is not big to begin with. Two large tables have been reserved. One large table is occupied by a Japanese couple. We sat at separate tables for two. Is there any problem? It's not even eight o'clock at this time. I can handle it. When I checked in, several people at the front desk were muttering in their office about what China was like. Except for a few people who were responsible for cleaning the room every day, they were very easy to get along with. Others really had colored glasses towards the Chinese people."

The views around the hotel were absolutely beautiful and made our stay even more memorable. You can definitely see the matterhorn from the restaurant, only if the sky is clear. The staff were very kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel comfortable from check-in until check-out and were always willing to assist whenever needed. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable for our honeymoon trip. We especially enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere after long days of sightseeing and hiking around Zermatt. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, with fresh bread, pastries, coffee, and other essentials to start the day well. The overall experience felt very warm and authentic Swiss-style."
