"This is like an apartment of other Hotel, there is no reception on this hotel. You have to get everything from the other hotel next to it. this is Swiss Wooden Hotel, so simple and nice. It is not like hotel in the city. My room is big enough for 3. Just have a small table to eat but we mange it. Shower is ok but it is too tall for my mom (she is 5ft 4 ) to climb in. She is old so she needs to sit 1st and climb in. there is left but still need to walk a bit stair with your luggage......... You can ask the reception in the other hotel for hot water, hair dryer."

"The hotel is conveniently located near the Zermatt train station and have many amenities around it. There is also a ski room for guests to store their ski equipment there. The room is very beautiful with a balcony that comes with a mountain view of Matterhorn. The breakfast was excellent as well! Absolutely loved our stay there at this beautiful place."

"1. This hotel apartment has no front desk. After 4 pm, it is impossible to manually check-in. The machine can be on the machine. The machine is very slow. We also encountered the problem of credit card payment errors. After the call service staff waited for 15 minutes for people to come over to solve it. The service attitude is very good, but this is really inconvenient, especially after we slipped for a day of snow, and pulled the big box and small box very hard to get here. "The hotel is only about a 5 minute walk from the train station, which is very convenient. However, check-in needs to be done at another hotel located behind this one, which can be a bit confusing at first. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Please note that the hotel entrance is accessed via a long and slippery staircase. Guests traveling with large or heavy luggage, elderly travelers, or those with mobility issues should take extra care. The room is very small and the soundproofing is quite poor, especially in the bathroom,even turning around can be a challenge.As the hotel faces the road, there is no view of the Matterhorn. Overall, the stay was acceptable and reasonable for a short stay."

"The room was small but cosy, though the value didn’t match the price. It was uncomfortably hot despite our attempts to adjust the temperature, affecting our overall comfort. Breakfast was simple and could be improved. However, John was professional and provided excellent service, which was a highlight of our experience. While there were positives, the stay didn’t fully meet expectations."

"The hostel is located on higher ground, so there are some stairs to climb, but thankfully I didn't have a suitcase. The Matterhorn is visible right from the entrance, and it's incredibly spectacular. I booked the cheapest mixed dormitory, which is a bunk room. Luckily, everyone else was quiet, and I slept soundly. You can even see the Matterhorn from the dorm window. Additionally, the hostel's service was excellent; the front desk staff were very friendly. I only brought a European adapter, and the front desk staff lent me a Swiss adapter, which was a huge help! Lastly, the hostel's breakfast was also very generous, and I was very satisfied!"

"The stay was fantastic! The hotel gave us a top-floor room with an exceptionally expansive view; the balcony offered a direct view of the Matterhorn, and the interplay of light and shadow at dawn and dusk was breathtaking. The ground floor houses a restaurant and bar with a great atmosphere. The front desk and service staff were very welcoming. The overall environment was clean and tidy, with thoughtful design details. We forgot to pay the city tax when we left too early, and thank you Margarida for helping us with that."

"Four of us stayed for one night in two rooms at Alpenblick Superior during our trip to Switzerland. The location is about a 10-minute walk from the train station. Our room had a beautiful view of the Matterhorn, and it was very clean and peaceful, as it's not located near the main street. Do note that you'll need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste."
