This hotel is a treasure hotel I recently found in Switzerland!! The location of the hotel is super good. We didn't book a balcony room originally, but we paid extra to book one, but it feels super worth the price! With a balcony room, you can directly see the Matterhorn in the sun. The hotel staff is also very good and enthusiastic! The hotel's supporting facilities are great, with indoor/outdoor hot springs that can be used after 1pm. The hotel car picks up and drops off! You can make an appointment to be dropped off at the train station

Location was really convenient and was just a 5-8 min walk from the main train station with a supermarket just 3 min away. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful too! The hotel provides free laundry and dryer for all guests and that was really helpful as it was the last few days of our holiday and we had a bunch of clothes to wash 😮💨

The location is very convenient; there is a hotel car to pick you up at the station Rich breakfast, delicious service The pictures when booking the room were different from the actual room. The hotel was very helpful and immediately changed the room to the same one in the pictures. Be especially careful when booking a room; the difference is huge The hotel's WELLNESS is very good; but it is best to bring a swimsuit (because other people enter with **) A very good memory in Zermatt

It is our honeymoon trip here, hotel decorated the room for us. Staff all very friendly and helpful, and we check out at 6:00am, hotel given us two breakfast set to take away😊😊, thank you so much!! Location just a few minutes away from the train station. The Room has a little kitchen, and can see the Matterhorn view.

This was the first hotel I stayed at in Switzerland, for two nights. I'd say it's a four-star hotel? But I had a very good experience. First, the location is absolutely fantastic, incredibly close to the train station. There's a sign across the street pointing to a small alley next to a restaurant; the hotel is just a minute's walk away. It's so convenient for getting luggage and catching the train. Although you can't see the Matterhorn, the view from the small terrace is quite nice. The two ladies at the front desk were very welcoming and greeted me when I arrived. Breakfast was fairly standard, just a typical European breakfast; you can order complimentary fried eggs or omelets. The downside is that the rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is tiny; you have to stand in the bathtub to shower (so there's no bathing option). Oh, and they were very kind to give me tea when I checked out.

The stay would be ideal if the room included a fan, as it can feel a bit stuffy while sleeping during the summer. The location is convenient, and the kids' club, spa, and pool offer plenty of fun for the children.

Close to the train station. Although I got an upgrade to a double room, it was small (the table in front of the bed takes a lot of space). The bathroom was big and clean but outdated. The balcony was nice but not really needed in winter. Everyone can enter the ski room and the individual locker cannot be locked. Perfect for thieves.

beautiful hotel! The condition of the room, the service, breakfast and meals at the bar were all excellent! If I go to Zermatt again, I want to stay at this hotel again!

We love the hotel and wished we could have stayed longer. The view from the balcony of our room gave us a clear view of the Matterhorn. The hotel is easily accessible from the Zermatt train station and the Town centre . We loved the room allocated and found it extremely comfortable. We also enjoyed the sumptuous breakfast buffet which was pretty extensive. Staff was really pleasant and helpful at all time. Our receptionist even escorted us to the room by stairs because their lift was not functional when we checked in. The only regret was that we were unable to utilise the sauna and swimming pool facilities due to time constraints. Will highly recommend the hotel to those who are looking for value for money stays whilst in Zermatt.

Overall, it is very convenient to be separated from the train station by a road. Go to the lively area to eat. The subway is three to four stops away. 🏨 I chose a triple room, just stayed in 😂 and gave us a barrier-free room (and the feeling of a domestic nursing home, the wall has yellow liquid rolling down, the bedside has a red block decisively contacted the front desk to change the room, and the room was slightly smaller!
