Kameya-Rakan ★★★
"The hot spring on the sixth floor was very comfortable; remember to bring your own towel – don't ask me how I know! We booked a Japanese-style room, and the bed was a bit firm. The elderly gentleman at the front desk was very polite. There's a McDonald's within 500 meters, and the railway station is a five-minute walk. Good value for money, recommended."
Mori no Yu Izu Kogen Kira no Sato [Renewal Opening: December 22, 2025] ★★★★★
"This was my second stay, and the breakfast and dinner options haven't changed much from before – still excellent. The seating arrangement, however, was noticeably better this time. The staff were all very welcoming and enthusiastic. The environment is peaceful, making it perfect for a getaway. The hot springs are also great, especially the three private onsen rooms."
Hotel yoshino ★★★
"Room is a bit old, but still very clean. Price is very good with dinner and breakfast."
Laforet Ito Onsen Yunoniwa ★★★★
"The price was a bit high during the Chinese New Year, but the room was relatively spacious."
Hotel Redent Ito ★★
"The room was spacious, very clean, and well-lit, with complete amenities including Japanese yukata. There was also a microwave available, and the in-room facilities were comprehensive. Housekeeping did a great job, and the location is excellent, close to both the beach and Ito Station."
Ito Hotel Juraku ★★★★
"I visited with my family and took my 89-year-old mother, who has some mobility issues. We had contacted them in advance, so they provided a wheelchair, and since it was raining, they also provided a covered parking space, which was very helpful. In addition to the hot springs, there was a wide variety of food, and I was surprised that my mother, who usually has a small appetite, ate so much. They also secured a seat for us near the entrance, which was very helpful. We will definitely be returning."
Ooedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Ito Hotel New Okabe ★★★★
"Clean rooms, good service, delicious varied food,"
Ito Kowakien ★★★★
"offer ito station pick up from 2-6pm and drop off by 10am. not comfortable to make bed in japanese style room"
Ito Onsen Otonashi No Moiri Ryokufuen ★★★
"Good experience for first time at a ryokoten. The scent of the tatami can be overwhelming and the private showers could be cleaner. Overall"

"The hosts were super friendly and welcomed in front of the alley to the hostel. They were kind and answering messages quickly. The hostel is located near the JR station so it was convenient. The neighbourhood is a small town; and not many restaurants or tourist spots located so I enjoyed the quiet night. The restaurants that the hosts recommended were Chuka food restaurant; Taiwan style foods were super cheap and delicious. I was travelling to Ito city but I felt that staying at a hostel one station from Ito Station was an excellent choice. I was heard that people mostly book from Airbnb app, and I am the trip.com user. Hope a lot more people can see this and book this warm welcoming hostel."

Smart Stay ITO 301
"When I arrived, at 7 o'clock in the evening, the staff still helped open the apartment door, the service was very good, the surrounding supermarket seafood and Heniu were very good."
Hotel Dankoen
"I chose this hotel primarily for its location and the fact that there aren't many Chinese guests, which was perfect. The overall environment is great, and the staff always greeted us warmly. The hot springs were very comfortable, and both breakfast and dinner were delicious. It's a fantastic place for a vacation."
Kawana Hotel

"The service was excellent, and the dinner was high quality and delicious. You can soak in the hot spring anytime in your room, and I slept soundly all night. 👍🏻"
Ito Ryokuyu
"The room was very nice, and the drinks in the refrigerator were free. The service was very good, and I received a small gift at the end. It was a very good stay. I went to Izu and Hakone. The location of this hotel is also good."
Toushinan Komeya
"Two days and one night stay, Japanese-style room with two beds in the main building, with a semi-open-air bath, dinner and breakfast included, for two people. The hotel is a little hard to find. If you are using a car navigation system, make sure you look for the sign for the guest parking lot, "Ito-shi Sakuragaoka 2-chome 4-13," or the sign on the electric pole from Minami-Ito Station. When you arrive at the parking lot, someone will be there to guide you to your parking space. While you are there, a waitress will come and help you with your luggage, but since the hotel is on a hill, it can be a bit daunting to have heavy luggage carried for you. The hotel is located in a residential area, so the entrance is It is not visible from the parking lot, and its appearance is more like a traditional Japanese inn than a hotel, and it has a dignified atmosphere. After entering, we took off our shoes and went up to a Japanese-style room with a cypress counter. We checked in and enjoyed matcha tea and sweets, and took a break. The room was on the second floor and we were moved by elevator, but we had to go down a few stairs to get to the main building. The room was quite spacious for two people, and the waitress explained that there was a disaster kit to take out in case of a disaster. There was also emergency water in the toilet. We also went to the large public bath, which was open and spacious. After bathing, we were given a drink. We ate what was on hand. The drinks were different in the evening and in the morning. They would call us when the meal was ready. The menu for the private dining room changes monthly, but we were able to choose one of five dishes as a token of appreciation, and one of three dishes for the meal. We had both hot and cold dishes, and there was a fair amount of food, so we were full and delicious. They offered us some midnight noodles in the evening, but we were too full so we gave up. The hot spring in our room was a little warm, so we were able to stay in for a long time. It was quiet, probably because it was surrounded by trees, and we could occasionally hear the sound of trains in the distance. Breakfast was served in the same place, starting at 8:00, but they made an effort to accommodate (we wanted to leave earlier). The freshly cooked rice was delicious, and we could choose as many as we wanted from four side dishes, and we were told we could have seconds. There was grilled fish, but it was really tasty when heated on a charcoal grill. On our way back, we checked out at the front desk and had our luggage carried to the parking lot. It was a rare Japanese-style inn, with staff in kimonos these days. Recommended for those who want to relax and enjoy high-quality service and hot springs."
Kamenoi Hotel Izukogen
"Near to Jogasaki Coast"

"The boss is very nice and friendly to travelers. I stayed in a Japanese-style room this time (with a single bed in it). The room is quite large (with a private toilet, but you have to take a shower in a public bathroom). It feels like it can accommodate four people. You can also take a hot spring bath in the bathroom on the first floor. Since no one was there for the two days I stayed, I enjoyed the hot spring alone. It takes about 25 minutes to walk from the hotel to Izu Kogen Station, and 5 minutes by car. The boss also took me to Izu Kogen Station every morning. Thank you so much. He also has a very cute dog at home. In short, I feel that the cost-effectiveness is super high. I strongly recommend everyone to stay!"
Hotel Village Izukogen
"A family resort utilized by locals. Location more accessible with cars or taxi and surrounding no convenience store. But nice and serene and great views. Large apartment style rooms with western bed n tatami beds. But tatami needs to set up by yourself and the mattress too thin for my aching back. My room has 1 toilet and 1 bathroom but the toilet has no hand soap which I consider not convenient. Buffet dinner is ok, good variety with sashimi, sushi, grilled beef, tempura and local dishes, but taste wise just normal. I think their buffet breakfast is much better with super nice french toast and other choices of curry, salad, ham, bacons, veg. Facilities wise there's a beautiful public onsen looking over the hills n ocean a far, beautiful nightscape. They have indoor swimming pool, table tennis and a spa. A great getaway for family"
