I had a fantastic experience at Forest Glaming! The staff, including Mr. Terada & the cool dude with long hair, were not only incredibly friendly but also made an effort to communicate with me in English and encouraged my attempts at speaking Japanese. Despite missing the shuttle bus, Mr. Terada kindly came to pick me up. The resort is a serene haven, offering tranquility and the cleanest toilets I've ever encountered. ✨Being tented near the shower and toilet facilities was an added bonus. 😮💨The food was outstanding, especially the aged domestic beef 🍖 BBQ. The only disappointment was not having the chance to share the wonderful dinner with the staff. I totally recommend Forest Glaming to anyone seeking a rejuvenating escape with exceptional service and facilities. The staff's warmth and willingness to engage in different languages truly enhanced my stay. Fantabulous!!! 😍🥰

It was located in a place surrounded by nature, and the wooden deck was great. I was able to enjoy free morning coffee and relax. I'd definitely like to go again!

Service: 1. The Japanese gentleman running the place is incredibly welcoming. Besides Japanese, he also speaks English and a little Chinese. 2. My Japanese is only N3 level, so the owner was very patient, speaking slowly to make sure I understood. 3. The hotel offers free pick-up and drop-off service from the station. Since there's only one convenience store and supermarket between Izu Kogen and Jōgasaki Coast, the owner also organizes trips for guests who need to buy daily necessities. 4. If you want to visit tourist spots, you can also tell the owner, and he'll help drive you if he's available. Environment: The room was very clean, and even on a cloudy day, there was no damp smell. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied.

Facilities: The room is large, the high ceiling is equipped with large viewing windows and wooden buildings. It has a sense of story in the forest cabin; the bed is a bit narrow, maybe about one meter, it is not difficult to sleep; the bathroom and toilet are normal in Japan, very good. The biggest drawback is that there is no wifi signal in the room, the door barrier is too big to use, the traffic can be used, and the signal outside the room is very good. Hygienic: very clean, the smell of fragrant lotion. Environment: Very good, located on the mountain, surrounded by woods. The boss's house on the first floor made a restaurant, bar (there are non-alcoholic drinks and water), and there seems to be a bath, because the boss and his wife are too social, the male boss said ”you can also use the bathroom on the first floor, do you need to use it?” When I was firm and no longer going downstairs, I didn't pay attention to it. The boss is actually their puppy, maybe a chihuahua? I also met a middle-aged couple who brought Qiu Akita. The homestay is also friendly and afraid of dogs staying cautiously; The puppy was quiet around 9 o'clock in the evening, but I woke up at 7 o'clock that morning and started barking not long after. The dog was not a person and would not be very sensible, which might affect sleep. Service: Very in place, two people are very patient people; breakfast is eight o'clock, you can communicate to change time, very delicious; if there is food that you don't eat, you should also say that the carrot and onion in the soup are quite many people do not eat; The hotel provides a station pick-up service. It is locate in the hill, takes about 10min to drive up or down to the nearest 7 11. Check in was easy. Onsen facility is great. Perfect for a couple trip. Kitchen is great, we drove to supermarket that is like 20min away for some grocery to cook at home. Very relax area.

This hotel is very pleasantly surprised, the space is large, the environment in the town is very good, very quiet. The hotel provides a private hot spring. After a day of tired relaxation, it is really comfortable to soak in a hot spring. Toiletries are also very good. And the hotel also has an observation deck to see the seaside and you can see Dashi Mountain. This hotel is really very, very good, great. 

Beautiful onsen — our favorite stay in Japan with my family! The traditional breakfast was delicious with a very large selection of dishes. The rooms are gorgeous, quiet, and spacious — and everything was exceptionally clean. The cleaning crew truly does an amazing job. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, making us feel warmly welcomed. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the train station, and having a washer and dryer available for guests was a big plus. Highly recommended — we would love to stay here again!

The structure seems to be a legacy of the bubble era. The luxurious layout allows you to move between the main building and each building via pedestrians. It's reminiscent of the 5-star hotels of Phuket and Bali of the past. The all-inclusive plan also feels like good value. Unfortunately, however, maintenance of the interior and exterior has not kept up, and various parts are badly deteriorated. The bathhouse is also made of good granite, so it should be polished properly. The exterior walls are so black that you want to use a Karcher cleaner. I wish it was a little cleaner.

The hotel is located on a mountain golf course, making transportation difficult. The hotel offers a shuttle bus, but it's infrequent and difficult to catch. Therefore, you need to hike about 3 kilometers to get back to the hotel. Consider your stamina and the weight of your luggage if you're staying here. Those with limited stamina should be cautious. The hotel facilities are a bit dated, with only one bathing pool; it's hardly a hot springs hotel. Because it's located on a mountain, we recommend booking a room with dinner included. Dinner is a banquet menu with only two options, which change every two days. Drinks are extra and subject to tax, making them expensive. The hotel staff struggle with English and will need translation software or Japanese. The rooms are spacious, with windows that open wide, and on a clear day, you can see Mount Fuji.

The tent under the Dashi Mountain, the bathroom, bathroom and shower are not far from the outdoor area. There is also a barbecue shed outside the tent, which can be closed by pulling the windscreen. Suitable for a family to experience the campground. The hotel's breakfast and dinner must be reserved in advance, no reservation, no food, only instant noodles... The hotel is at the foot of Dashi Mountain, and there is a convenience store for 3 kilometers. It is suitable for self-driving. We arrived late, took a taxi up the mountain and took a taxi down the mountain, which was very uneconomical. It is recommended to travel by car after April.
