Since there's only one convenience store and supermarket between Izu Kogen and Jōgasaki Coast, the owner also organizes trips for guests who need to buy daily necessities. 4. If you're undecided about which hot spring inn to choose in Ito, I highly recommend this one. It's a lovely, cozy inn with excellent hot springs and delicious food. Both the large public bath and the private baths were incredibly relaxing. The water was wonderful, leaving my skin feeling smooth. The meals were also exquisitely seasoned and delicious. They even showed creativity by changing the sauce for the abalone. Since it was late March, the menu was spring-like, focusing on fresh shellfish (there was also steak). I don't like large portions of fatty food or excessive amounts of food, so the portion sizes were just right, and the menu balance was perfect. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. The lobby had a well-selected collection of games for rent, which the children enjoyed. If I had to mention one minor concern, it would be: * The private dining room was very dark even in the morning (the atmosphere was wonderful for dinner, though). It would be nice if they could adjust the lighting in the mornings. Also, since the smoking area is right next to the inn's main entrance, the view and smell are bothersome. The structure seems to be a legacy of the bubble era. The luxurious layout allows you to move between the main building and each building via pedestrians.
