"The room was clean and tidy, and the location was good. It happened to be a local festival when I went there. There was a stage next to it, and singers were performing. The atmosphere was very good. The hotel staff was also very friendly. The front desk lady was very friendly and had a warm service attitude."

"This hotel is located right in the heart of town! It is perfect for waking up and immediately walking out to visit the best shops etc. The room I had was quite dark. And while all the amenities were available, the room felt a little bare and dark for me. For the price I was expecting more of a luxe experience but it felt a bit closer to a motel room. Staff were friendly and helpful. Loved Fort Worth!!!"

"The hotel's impression has been good. It is close to the station station (15 min walk). As far as the hotel is, it is located a Quick Trip shop where you can buy food, drinks, pizza. Breakfast was on but it seemed to me poor. The rooms are clean, spacious, there is a large table behind which you can work with a laptop. The only thing I didn't like was that the air conditioner was close to the table and it was impossible to work at the table when it was turned on. And so it's all right."

"My daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall. However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay: - The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be. - The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air. - Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way. I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room. - (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay. - They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay. I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment."

"The valet and greeters were friendly and welcoming. Our Jr. suite was very nice and clean. Pleasantly surprised that there were two tv sets, one in the living area and a secondary one in the bedroom. The indoor swimming pool area is small, but I'm not traveling with children, and it was nice that I can float. Jacuzzi was hot to my taste, yet not hot enough for my husband. The Jacuzzi did not have a strong jet stream. Unfortunately, the women's restroom is missing a sink. Breakfast was great! Fresh hot pancakes and eggs made to order. Overall, I would give it a score of 4.8. Sad that the patio area was not available to the public. Because of the location, service, and now knowing that the place is available for events, I know I will be promoting this location for my high school reunion. "

"The employees were very courteous and friendly. I was dismayed when I had to valet my car at a rate of $30/night, which I was not informed of prior to arrival. I felt I should mention so that others will know what to expect. The location is right at the convention center, which is approximately 3 miles via car ride from the Stockyards. The room was clean, as was the hotel. I felt completely safe staying there and was satisfied with my stay overall."

"The hotel is a good hotel. We felt a little uncomfortable when we checked in today. We didn't check in until almost 8 o'clock in the evening. Many of the sheets we changed were piled at the door. The garbage was also piled at the elevator entrance. We didn't clean it up when we checked out the next morning. Damn, this hotel really dropped in price! When I first entered the room, I found that the toilet was broken and blocked, and the water slowly overflowed... As you can imagine..."

"It is a beautiful hotel, tastefully decorated and very clean. Walking distance to the shops and restaurants that Fort Worth stockyards has to offer. The pool is also well maintained and nice. For small dishes (breakfast/lunch/evening, various starbucks coffees (also in ice cream version) and other drinks you can go to the lobby. Be prepared that parking the car (valet parking) costs 20 dollars per night. But it is well organized with friendly staff."

"Room was clean and a nice size, good size tv which is always a plus. Decent pool area and a good gym, location is great to get to near by attractions, has a nice lobby bar serving food and drinks until 11pm no co.plaints would definitely stay here again."
