Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown/Convention Center

I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites Fort Worth Downtown/Convention Center, and it was a really good experience. The location is excellent, right by the Convention Center and very convenient for getting around downtown Fort Worth and Sundance Square. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, making the check-in process smooth. My room was a good size, and because the hotel is fairly new, everything felt very clean and fresh, which was a huge plus. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept well. I also appreciated the complimentary breakfast; it had a nice variety of options, and the waffles were particularly tasty. Overall, the hotel offers good value with amenities like free Wi-Fi and a fitness center. I can see why it gets positive reviews, and I'd certainly recommend it if you're looking for a place to stay in Fort Worth.

Comfortable stay. Breakfast was minimal in choice but very near to Fort Worth Convention Centre which was a big bonus. USD770 for 6 nights' stay with free breakfast was a steal for the 3rd week of September 2023.

When we arrived we were informed that ******* was suppose to have contacted us to let us know they had to relocate us to a different hotel due to maintenance issues. But we werent contacted, and when we called we spent almost 2 hours on the phone dealing with an ******* person who kept putting us on hold to try and bargan with other hotels that were far away from the convention I was attending. We finally gave up, hung up, and called right back to another agent who we had to tell to cancel our charges and we would find someplace to stay ourselves because it was almost midnight and we were tired of waiting around for them to find us someyhing nearby. ******* was terrible. However, the people at the hotel very very kind and helpful as we were camped out in their lobby trying to find a place to stay. They said ******* wouldn't give them our contact info, or they would have contacted us themselves, but they had contacted ******* earlier so they would let us know the sitiation.

The front desk employees were very nice. However, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Unfortunately we didn’t get back to our room until very late, so it felt too late to complain. The bedding was dirty, used bandages in the sheets; the towels were very rough; the room in general was just dirty; and the tv has spots in the screen where the lcd had burned out. The outside balcony area was neat, but very worn out cushions. In general- things looked like the pictures. I’m just really grossed out and disappointed because of what we paid.
