The room is always so dirty after daily room cleaning and I think the front desk staffs need to improve their service attitude towards the guesrs specially towards the Chinese regardless which country we are from. The counter staff "safe keeps" my luggages beside the dustbin on the day we checked out maybe just bec we are Chinese, the other customers luggages are nicely keep behind the counters. We are so disappointed with the services provided by Aloft fort worth downtown. The 2 good points of this hotel is the location, walking distance to the City Centre and 3 good Asian restaurants nearby.

Meh. The front desk people may have been having an off day - not friendly. Originally gave us a room that was still dirty and no linens on the bed. Didn't apologize or anything just gave us a different room. Beds were fine. The vibe is very young. Open shelving and open sink area like a loft or studio type apartment.

The elevators take forever... I also do not like that they did not clean our room or do our bed or give us clean towels for our second day stay.

I booked a room with a connected room and received a smaller room because rooms were not available at the time of check in maid service was still cleaning rooms making inconvenient for me.I expect luxurious

The bar staff was amazing and so sweet. The offered a good selection. The front desk staff were pleasant and greeted us anytime we came down.

Staff was great, the valet at the entrance was nice but there is parking garage next door as well. Everything was clean and location was perfect for walking distance for all of the things around Sundance square.

It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel, they welcomed me and my pet with ease. The only negative was that there was food left in the fridge.
