Stayed here for the indoor pool for my son’s birthday. I found the hotel older than the pictures describe. The water in the pool and the Jacuzzi both could use a cleaning. There was hair and debris floating in the water. The mattresses were a little hard. overall, it’s a decent hotel for a one night stay. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms were clean. The hotel was just outdated and could use an update.

DO NOT STAY HERE!
We were staying 4 nights and asked to pay to upgrade our room from a double to a queen, or king and was told no they can’t do that.
When you arrive in you room you receive a text message asking if you need anything. I replied yes, a blanket and 2 pillows please. 3 hours went by no response, I text “hello” no response. After waiting 4 hours I called front desk and she said yeah I can’t remember my password to pull up client responses. She advised me that she can bring me a blanket but has no idea where the pillows are. We did receive the blanket. We did not receive pillows even after asking housekeeping several times.
The toilet constantly ran, the shower curtain would not close because the rod was bent and the shower grab bar was extremely loose. Hair dryer did not work, one of the prongs was missing.
We asked for a quiet room and was put close to the freeway where drag racing was a nightly occurrence. Along with the housekeepers storage room right next to us.
The hotel it self is very rundown. Too many things to list!

It was getting outdated, but they’ve done a real good job of keeping it clean. The staff is very courteous and willing to help with any problems. My wife and I stay for two nights and rarely heard any noise. The only thing to complain about was the restaurant, during the evening hours. They had no ranch dressing or salsa, for their quesadillas. Ended up with thousand island. Other than that, it was good food. The coffee in the restaurant was really weak in the morning. The place is worth the price though.

Great stay! Our room was great, bed was comfy and staff was great!
Bartenders were so kind! Even if you don’t dance, the atmosphere at the club was great! Will stay here anytime we are in the area!

Very disappointing. Staff was very helpful and reasonably helpful, however, the facility was well past its time. For $145 per night I would expect a much higher quality facility. My keys had to be reprogrammed or replaced 6 times during my 2 night stay. My travel partner had to replace theirs at least 4 times. The night table lights did not work. TV listings were very limited and difficult to navigate. My heater didn’t work. I requested it be fixed and it was. Later that day it quit again. I worked up to 65° in my room. No free breakfast. $145 should get me a breakfast. Toilet seat was peeling. Shower drain was heavily corroded. Bed was hard as a rock and very uneven. I will not be returning.

I did not enjoy it. Very disappointing, the rooms weren’t clean. The key card had to be re-coded 5 times the first day. It seemed run down and poorly managed.

Price was reasonable- what I didn’t like upon entering my room it smelled like onions . The shower water wouldn’t completely turn off . And the tv remote didn’t work had to manually turn on and off
