The only downside is that the air conditioning noise in my room on the third (or maybe fourth?) floor was quite loud."

"Branding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!"

"I had a very pleasant stay at Palm Inn Hotel Doha. The staff were friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. "First off, the hotel staff provided excellent service! 👌🏻 The food was really good, and the hotel's ambiance was fantastic. I stayed in a city-view king room, which included breakfast for two and dinner, all for about 900. The value for money is incredible; for that alone, I'd definitely come back. Plus, the hotel is super close to the Museum of Islamic Art, just about a ten-minute walk away! Highly recommend. Picture 1 is the view from the room window."

"Good size room (I was told that I had been upgraded free?), bed is quite firm. 2 extra pillows in the cupboard 👍 nice). Very friendly and helpful staff. But, the bathroom is tiny and cramped. The shower water pools at the rear of the shower cubicle and does not drain - ewww. The carpet was not flat and easily tripped over (how hard would it be to relay it FFS?). Breakfast was barely adequate. (pizza for breakfast??). The location was pretty good - 10 minute walk to 2 different metro stations. If you are in Doha for the F1, it's ok because you won't be in the room much."

"The hotel is new and clean. It's almost oceanfront and within walking distance to the City Center Mall. The pool was surprisingly spacious and well-maintained at a comfortable temperature, which was great. However, the locker room was basic, with no showers and no locks on the lockers. There were also no Jacuzzi or sauna facilities. Breakfast was average. The staff were all very kind, and I didn't experience any of the service or operational issues that other reviews had mentioned. The toilets have bidets, and the shower room has a chair, making it comfortable. The air conditioning also allows for precise control of temperature and fan speed. The Andaz Lounge on the first floor is accessible to all guests, offering self-service coffee, tea, and cookies."

Were close to the metro and a short drive to Hamad International airport. "The room was a bit small, and the bathroom had black mold. The service wasn't great either. On our second morning, we had to queue for breakfast outside the door for about 15 minutes because the breakfast area was too small. However, the hotel's location is excellent. It's about a 10-minute walk to the National Museum, and the Museum of Islamic Art and Souq Waqif are also within easy walking distance. I also discovered a Chinese restaurant called 'Dragon Restaurant' about 100 meters across from the hotel. The food there was delicious, so we ended up having dinner there two nights in a row, although it was a bit pricey (a meat and a vegetable dish cost over 200 RMB). I saw a lot of people eating hot pot there, but I didn't check the prices for that. I hope this information is helpful for future travelers."

"This hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of a subway station and the main sightseeing areas. The room was nice and spacious, with a decent bathroom. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options, and it’s served on the top floor, which offers beautiful views of the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Aira. My only complaint is that I could hear some noise from outside at night, even though I was on the sixth floor, and there were occasionally a few flies in the room."

I had an early flight at 6 AM, so I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM. The Tunisian guy at the front desk said my room wasn't ready and might not be until 2 PM. So, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel while I waited. The Bhutanese girl in the restaurant saw I was alone and was very friendly, bringing me a small cake. I was still eating around 10 AM when a new girl at the front desk told me my room was ready. What a pleasant surprise! The room was very business-oriented yet comfortable. It had a corner sofa lounge area and a desk facing the sea. The bathroom was also excellent. Even without a balcony, it was still very comfortable. The hotel leans more towards business, and I noticed quite a few people discussing business during breakfast. There's an ATM on the first floor, which is very convenient. Plus, for a W Hotel in Doha, the price was quite reasonable.

This is a truly luxurious hotel. Everything is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, every corner is spotless, and every staff member greets you with a smile. The air is consistently filled with a delightful frankincense scent. The service level is comparable only to the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, yet at less than half the price. It's located in Msheireb, a meticulously designed and lavishly rebuilt area on the site of old Doha, creating an elegant and beautiful dreamscape. It's an unparalleled choice for anyone visiting Qatar.

The Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing. Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather. I would love to go back someday

This hotel is fantastic, highly recommend it! 1. There's a security check at the entrance. We asked why, and it turns out it's a government-owned hotel, so they ensure 100% security. 2. It's just a one-minute walk to the metro station, right across a small street from the hotel. 3. Parking is free. If you're driving, you just hand your keys to the attendant at the entrance, and when you leave, you exchange a card for your keys, and they'll bring your car to the front. 4. There's free coffee in the lobby. Trying a date with coffee is highly recommended; it’s a very authentic Arabian experience. 5. It's only about 300 meters from Souq Waqif, making it incredibly convenient for dining and exploring. 6. It's also very close to the airport, about 20 minutes by metro with just one transfer. 7. Security is top-notch. We tested it, and if you lock the door from the inside, even a room key won't open it from the outside. The front desk staff were very friendly. When we were taking photos before leaving, they even offered to help us take a family picture. Although it might be a bit more expensive than chain hotels like Hampton by Hilton, after comparing everything, it feels incredibly worth it!

When checking out, I waited for more than an hour before someone came to help me with the luggage. When I reached the car, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. I asked them to check, and they eventually brought them back. If I had been in a hurry and hadn’t noticed, I would have lost those items — especially since the missing bag contained mobile phones. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurant are excellent. However, the luggage handling service is very poor. They tend to hide items during checkout, especially small bags, assuming you won’t notice. This is unacceptable.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, with complete facilities and a great location. It's only a 20-minute drive from the airport and very close to the city center. The breakfast was delicious, they even had warm bread! I really liked the style of the pool, but it was a bit small.

Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location in Doha. The rooms are amazing with a stunning view of the city. The hotel staff is welcoming and efficient, and the breakfast is excellent and tasteful. In one of the rooms I stayed in, there was a huge bathtub the size of two bedrooms, and it was marvelous.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by the exquisite decor and a delightful aroma, and the staff greeted me so warmly it felt like a breath of fresh air. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The restaurant offered a rich breakfast with freshly brewed coffee filling the air. What's even more impressive is the meticulous attention to detail everywhere – the turndown service was thoughtful, and bottled water was always replenished. When checking out, the front desk smiled and offered warm water; it truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely visit again next time to experience this impeccable and perfect service.
