"Dear team, my friend fall down in the bathtub when he was taking the shower. Also when I took the shower after him I slid in the bathtub too, it happened because the “antislide effect” applies only on half of the bath.
When I checked the emergency button, i found out that it was impossible to reach it from the bath. It seems really strange to me because other hotels install “emergency button” at arm’s length.
Dear stuff, I kindly suggest solve this problems because I’m sure my friend was not only one person who fall down in the bathtub."

"Hotel located about 15 mins drive from the airport. Checked in about 2300 hours after a long flight for 1 day layover.
Check in was simple and quick. Room was located on the 2nd floor. Room is spacious with a king size bed. TV with appropriate channels, lots of charging points. My view was obstructed by another building so didn’t get much light. There’s tea and coffee making machine. The AC works.
The bathroom comes with a bath tub. Only amenities I got was toothbrush set and a soap. Hairdryer in the bathroom. The bed was a little hard but slept ok. Outside the hotel is the underground train station. So very convenient to explore the city."

The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurant are excellent. However, the luggage handling service is very poor. They tend to hide items during checkout, especially small bags, assuming you won’t notice. This is unacceptable."

CCongmingdexiongxiong2010We arrived at the hotel at midnight, exhausted as a family of three. The front desk swiftly and smoothly processed our check-in. The room was spacious, with two 1.5m double beds. With a ”stay two, get one free” offer, this is probably the best value Mandarin Oriental hotel globally, although the room we stayed in had no view. Acceptable, though. We loved the hotel's location; the neighborhood has a strong old-money vibe, and it was very comfortable during the day with almost no one around. Although it was hot, there was almost always shade. Locals started coming in the evenings, making the area more lively at night with numerous restaurants. We ate there for three days and didn't have a single bad experience. The M7 Art Museum is directly opposite the hotel, though it usually doesn't have any exhibitions. It's a 12-minute walk to Václav, and the walk along the way is very pleasant. All the staff were extremely friendly.

EE1786****This is already a repeat stay. The hotel isn't far from dining options by taxi, and it's also close to the airport. The only downside is that it's a bit old, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. However, the breakfast is delicious! I love the warm bread, especially with an omelet inside, and I really enjoy the fragrant nuts.

GGuest UserWe stayed at Al Najada for 7 days. The staff was very friendly and helpful, assisted us in every way we needed. Early check-in was not possible (we arrived at around 11am), but it didn’t sour our spirits. We booked a deluxe room, it was very spacious and came with a balcony, all amenities were included. Room was cleaned almost daily, at some point staff took one of the bathrobes and didn’t bring a clean one. Breakfast could’ve been better, in my opinion, food options were a bit limited, but, overall, still quite okay. You will not walk away hungry. The location is top notch! It’s right next to Souq Waqif, which is a traditional local market, there are lots of cafes/restaurants/shops there. There are 2 metro stations within the walking distance. Msheireb district (short walk away) was my personal favorite. Definitely will book this hotel next time I’m in Doha.

Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

TThe_Ross_1I lived in Doha many years ago, so I booked the rooms in this hotel for the location which is excellent. I have also paid a good rate as I booked those quite in advance (about 50 quid per night, per room). Unfortunately our staying was not that great. I am not really happy to write this review, because all the staff are extremely polite, courteous, and well mannered, all of them, really nice staff. However, feedback and reviews are given 'here and now', so to better describe the circumstances encountered during the visit.
PROS - Very easy/hassle free check in/out, strong wi-fi, polite staff, super location, amenities near by and on site, comfy bed, super shower, overall cleanliness of the hotel.
CONS - Upon check in, I asked for two rooms not near the lifts, as it could get busy and noisy. The receptionist said 'ok no problem' and, guess what, one room was far from the lifts, but my one was right next to it. Upon entering the rooms, in my room the bath mat was missing and I had to call them asking for one. In the other room, there was a tray with food leftovers in the fridge. Considering that the rooms were just been cleaned up, it is really bad. We had to call the house-keeping to have it removed and the fridge cleaned. The hair drier is kinda secured/clipped to the wall and it cannot be taken to the bath. I asked how we are supposed to dry our hairs if the drier is not in front of the mirror, they replied 'use the TV screen as a mirror!'. The coffee mugs and drinking glasses were never changed or washed, we had to wash them ourselves. On the kitchenette top, there was some coffee powder, that was never wiped off during our entire stay. Once back in the room, on the first evening, I realized that there were 3 pillow cases missing out of 4. I had to call them up asking to bring some and put them on. The house keeping were always missing something everyday, and we had to call them many times. The lifts are key-operated but they only allow the guests to their room floor. Mine was on 9th floor, the other was on 7th floor. We had to use the staircase if we wanted to go to each othe room which, by the way, was dirty. They have a metal detector at the entrance which is very noisy. The lobby is kinda smallish and gets cramped and busy at a times. Overall, it didn't feel like a 4* hotel, but more of a budget hotel. The house-keeping needs to improve and so the room cleanliness.

The hotel offers excellent facilities and is very well located—just a short walk from the metro station and close to many main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha for either business or leisure. Great value for money and an overall pleasant experience!
