RRafsana ChoudhuryThis return trip was a wonderful experience. All the staff made exceptional efforts to be kind, helpful and generous in offering assistance. Throughout our trip, staff pre-empted our needs as a family and politely offered assistance. The housekeeping staff were especially sweet and kind towards my children, and the golf cart drivers made good friends with us. The ladies' gym is exceptionally outstanding. Powder Room is a fantastic highlight. Everything was arranged with sensitivity to privacy for modest ladies.' Welcome to Qatar message was lovely. We hope to have our next big family reunion here in future.
One thing that did not meet our expectations was a personalised welcome for the children. On our last trip, we did find messages and activities prepared for them in the room upon our arrival. I am not sure the hotel has considered personalised Welcomes for older children or teenagers. I would appreciate seeing this done in future.
Also, some guests appeared to be dressed in underwear on the private beach. More attention to modesty would be a good way forward for an iconic hotel in a Muslim country.

GGuest UserIt was great! We arrived very early ( before 7:30am ) and never expected our room ( superior room double queen ) to be ready. But indeed the night manager was there to extend a very warm welcome and served us drinks and damp towels to freshen up , then proposed to show us another room if we were interested so we had a choice. So he brought us to view both---the one we originally booked and a one bedroom apartment in another building that he thought we might want to see. We found the latter more spacious and brighter and the affable manager immediately offered us a complimentary upgrade even before we made our decision. So we eventually went for the apartment and within minutes all our suitcases were brought up.
The nice apartment has a living room cum a dining area , and a small balcony. There is an open kitchen with complimentary snacks and drinks in the fridge, plus assorted tea sachets and coffee capsules. Fresh bottled water replenished daily and it were the little things they put after housekeeping left that made the stay extra comfy e.g. the little book mark placed on one of our books, or extra velcro ties for our cables and chargers casually lying around the desk.
The main bathroom is spacious with all the toiletries daily replenished while there is a separate toilet at one end. In the living room there is a nook with a desk and stationery, plus all the cables and cords for any type of phones and gadgets.
We never had to ask for iron and ironing board because they were already provided, placed inside the wardrobe. The safe was not functioning properly ---failed to lock when we first checked in, but soon they sent some technician up and got it fixed the next day.
Bedding is starched white , very clean and very white. Air con is at a comfy temperature although it was over 44C when we were there it was never too uncomfortably chilly.
Concierge is pleasant and helpful and UBER taxis are convenient.
There is a Harrods cafe just down the hotel pathway, a rough 3-4 minutes walk , plus other restaurants, cafes and ice cream parlours in the area. There is a Chinese restaurant that is under MO that boasts the best Chinese cuisine in Doha.
The Souq Waqif is within walking distance, but the place only comes alive after 5pm when the sun is less scorching. In the day time hardly a soul is found on the streets. People just flock to malls. There in the souq you can find rows and rows of shops selling herbs and perfumes, clothes and shoes, as well as restaurants, cafes , grocery stores and souvenir shops.
MO Doha is in a safe area even after midnight because at night there are security guards stationed at almost all street corners where the streets all link up and lead you back to the hotel. Doha people are friendly and nice , and Doha is a very disciplined and safe place so there is no problem for anyone , or specifically women , to venture out on their own any time of the day or night.
MO Doha certainly has top security at every entrance and exit , the hotel is very clean and comfortable albeit the shower could be a bit more powerful. All in all, I would not hesitate to stay there again.

First off, the hotelâs location is perfectâconveniently situated with easy access to shopping and dining options nearby. From the moment I arrived, the welcoming service was top-notch. The staff was professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed. Check-in was smooth, and the overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant and inviting.
The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and equipped with modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing a restful nightâs sleep. The bathroom was luxurious, with high-end toiletries and a fantastic rainfall shower.
One of the highlights of my stay was the hotelâs dining options. The breakfast buffet had an extensive variety, catering to all tastes, and the quality of food was outstanding. I also enjoyed the hotelâs serene spa and fitness center, which added a great touch to my stay.
Overall, my experience at Park Hyatt Doha was fantastic, and I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Doha. I will definitely return in the future!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

AAnonymous UserChecked in to this hotel without much expectation but both my friend and I are impressed with our room. We were welcomed with a cooling room where the aircon was already switched on. We appreciated this as the external temp was 37-38c. Room is clean, huge and nicely decorated. Bed is comfy and sheet is smooth.
Staff were also kind enough to allow us to stay past the check out time as our flight was pretty late.
If I must nitpick, the shower screen door cannot be closed properly hence water flowes out while showering. And also, we were given with a small bottle of shower gel so we had to ration our usage.

AAyeee24This hotel is centrally located, very close to the shopping mall. The room is spacious, and while the hotel itself is a bit older, the facilities are quite new. The bed is incredibly comfortable, and the view from the window is excellent. The service is also great. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

TThe.snacking.gypsyI had an absolutely seamless and memorable experience during my recent stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah. The hotel is located just about 15 minutes from Hamad International Airport by cab, making it very convenient for both business and leisure travelers. Its central location also provides easy access to many of Dohaâs key landmarks, shopping areas, and restaurants.
From the moment I arrived, the warmth and hospitality of the staff stood out. I would especially like to mention from Housekeeping team Saurov, Lakhinder, and Damodar also others at the front desk, as well as the in-room dining team, who made my stay incredibly comfortable and welcoming.
The room was spotless, with a very comfortable bed, clean linens, and soft towels. I appreciated the thoughtful amenities such as a hairdryer, vanity kit, dental kit, room slippers, and prompt laundry services. The overall experience felt like receiving five-star service at a three-star price.
As a solo traveler, I was particularly impressed with the hotelâs focus on security. The level of safety and attentiveness made me feel very secure throughout my stay. This is something I value deeply, and it made a significant difference in my overall comfort.
The hotel also offers a range of food and beverage outlets, with a great selection of meals and snacks. I enjoyed the happy hours and special discounts available to in-house guests, which made dining in both enjoyable and affordable.
Overall, my stay at Ibis Doha Al Muntazah was outstanding. The combination of excellent service, a convenient location, modern and clean facilities, and a warm atmosphere truly exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Doha, whether for a short stopover or a longer stay.

SSINGHFAMILYWe the SINGH family from the UK (consisting of me and my wife, along with 2 adult sons) stayed at Double Tree by Hilton Al Sadd Hotel in Doha, for 4 nights, during a recent multi country trip family holiday, and truly enjoyed the experience.
The front security officers (eg. Moses, Jacob) were always happy, respectful and courteous in doing their jobs.
The front desk staff (including Houssem, Krishna, Job, to name a few), were welcoming, efficient and helpful, and always called out or waved, and stopped for friendly chat.
It was a great pleasure to actually meet with Renata who had been very proactive in answering all of my email questions prior to our booking with the hotel and assuring me that our pure vegetarian food requirements (ie. No meat, fish or eggs or dishes containing any of these items) for breakfast items would be fully met by the restaurant team.
The restaurant team were absolutely fantastic. Mitzie welcomed us every morning into the restaurant for breakfast and always checked to ensure everything was ok, etc. Rony especially took care of all our dietary needs and always went above and beyond his role, and surprised us with at least one new item each morning, such as special healthy fruit power-shot or fruit juice or special dishes made to order and served us tea the way we like it. Chefâs Karan and Yousef made time to come and speak with us and offer other dishes. Basanta, Rhea and Nisha also looked after us very well and always stopped to offer advice on places to visit etc and discuss our plans for the day.
Housekeeping staff (including Saibu, Jamuna, Horace, Sanjeev) were amazing and super friendly, and checked if we needed anything extra. Horace and Sanjeev surprised us several times with amazing art work of a lotus flower and pair of swans made from rolled towels - absolutely brilliant!
So many special memories of this hotel and staff members, that we will treasure for a long time, and also captured on camera. A HUGE THANK YOU TO EVERYONE (I AM SURE I HAVE MISSED MANY NAMES), FOR MAKING OUR STAY SO AMAZING AND MEMORABLE.
Another positive is that the hotel is very conveniently located for transport modes - taxi and metro station, and local shopping facilities and restaurants. We found a fabulous pure vegetarian Indian restaurant called Bhojan as well as a Tofu House only one street away - 5 minutes walk from the hotel..
So definitely 5 stars plus for this hotel, staff and its convenient location.
