Great location. Very friendly Front of house staff. We checked in during a 14 hour layover. Such an affordable stay and we even received a free upgrade to a unit with TWO rooms!

There is something happened in the hotel that service for room not good and I already told them to clean the room but they didn't do

BEST!!! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The check-in process is fast, there are lots of lifts and fast. Room good, clean, smell good. Everything i like!

1. Room Service & Amenities ،The room was completely neglected and never cleaned or arranged during my stay. Basic room amenities like tea or coffee were non-existent, and we were only provided with two tiny bottles of water. 2. Room Condition The in-room lighting was very dim and poor. Furthermore, the AC unit was extremely loud and noisy, making it very difficult to get a good night's sleep. 3.Cleanliness & Odor: The smell inside the hotel was very unpleasant, especially in the corridors and the area right in front of the elevators. 4. The parking spaces are incredibly narrow and tight. Navigating through it felt more like a stressful driving test than a hotel facility. Overall, the hotel lacks basic hospitality and maintenance standards. Definitely not worth it, even for a brief stay.

The worst reception ever, they now they have a special condition about visitors check in but when you come to check in first time the front desk they just give you a document to sign without telling to read first because they have some a very very crazy procedure about bringing friends as visitors to you room , on top of that the reception they are sooo rude all of them except the lady, but the rest i was facing with them rudeness every day the only thing keeping me here is my flight time that’s it but its the worst hotel i ever seen in my life.

Manager attitude is so rubbish and unprofessional, staff don't return stollen belongings at room. Even they demand extras money as per against of property policies
