We had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

This is a truly luxurious hotel. Everything is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, every corner is spotless, and every staff member greets you with a smile. The air is consistently filled with a delightful frankincense scent. The service level is comparable only to the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, yet at less than half the price. It's located in Msheireb, a meticulously designed and lavishly rebuilt area on the site of old Doha, creating an elegant and beautiful dreamscape. It's an unparalleled choice for anyone visiting Qatar.

We had a really great stop over there. It takes a little time from the airport but really worth of selecting the Westin Doha. It costs us around USD15 by taxi. You can enjoy their outstanding service and facilities. All staff were really attentive! Thank you again!

The Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing. Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather. I would love to go back someday

I had an early flight at 6 AM, so I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM. The Tunisian guy at the front desk said my room wasn't ready and might not be until 2 PM. So, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel while I waited. The Bhutanese girl in the restaurant saw I was alone and was very friendly, bringing me a small cake. I was still eating around 10 AM when a new girl at the front desk told me my room was ready. What a pleasant surprise! The room was very business-oriented yet comfortable. It had a corner sofa lounge area and a desk facing the sea. The bathroom was also excellent. Even without a balcony, it was still very comfortable. The hotel leans more towards business, and I noticed quite a few people discussing business during breakfast. There's an ATM on the first floor, which is very convenient. Plus, for a W Hotel in Doha, the price was quite reasonable.

When checking out, I waited for more than an hour before someone came to help me with the luggage. When I reached the car, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. I asked them to check, and they eventually brought them back. If I had been in a hurry and hadn’t noticed, I would have lost those items — especially since the missing bag contained mobile phones. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the rooms and restaurant are excellent. However, the luggage handling service is very poor. They tend to hide items during checkout, especially small bags, assuming you won’t notice. This is unacceptable.

Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

A wonderful hotel in an excellent location in Doha. The rooms are amazing with a stunning view of the city. The hotel staff is welcoming and efficient, and the breakfast is excellent and tasteful. In one of the rooms I stayed in, there was a huge bathtub the size of two bedrooms, and it was marvelous.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise! The moment I stepped into the lobby, I was enveloped by the exquisite decor and a delightful aroma, and the staff greeted me so warmly it felt like a breath of fresh air. The room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was as soft as a cloud, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep until morning. The restaurant offered a rich breakfast with freshly brewed coffee filling the air. What's even more impressive is the meticulous attention to detail everywhere – the turndown service was thoughtful, and bottled water was always replenished. When checking out, the front desk smiled and offered warm water; it truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely visit again next time to experience this impeccable and perfect service.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ I stayed here for a couple of nights and had a great experience overall. The staff were very friendly and provided exceptional service throughout my stay. The only downside was that the dawn-side pool was quite small, and the breakfast buffet had a limited selection. Apart from that, everything was clean and comfortable — a pleasant stay overall!
