VVino JohnWe had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. AArielle LiuThis hotel is definitely one of the best we’ve ever been to. We just LOVED LOVED this hotel so much that we wished we could stay a little longer. 🤣🤣 Hotel lobby has such a stunning view. Service was top notch too. The staffs were super friendly. Not to mention their breakfast, such a wide range of selections and everything was delicious! Can’t complement more about this hotel! Definitely recommend everyone to stay in this hotel!

LLilylovestravelWe had a really great stop over there. It takes a little time from the airport but really worth of selecting the Westin Doha. It costs us around USD15 by taxi. You can enjoy their outstanding service and facilities. All staff were really attentive!

AAmir wangI had an early flight at 6 AM, so I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM. The Tunisian guy at the front desk said my room wasn't ready and might not be until 2 PM. So, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel while I waited. The Bhutanese girl in the restaurant saw I was alone and was very friendly, bringing me a small cake. I was still eating around 10 AM when a new girl at the front desk told me my room was ready. What a pleasant surprise! The room was very business-oriented yet comfortable. It had a corner sofa lounge area and a desk facing the sea. The bathroom was also excellent. Even without a balcony, it was still very comfortable. The hotel leans more towards business, and I noticed quite a few people discussing business during breakfast. There's an ATM on the first floor, which is very convenient. Plus, for a W Hotel in Doha, the price was quite reasonable.

AAnonymous UserThis is a truly luxurious hotel. Everything is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, every corner is spotless, and every staff member greets you with a smile. The air is consistently filled with a delightful frankincense scent. The service level is comparable only to the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, yet at less than half the price. It's located in Msheireb, a meticulously designed and lavishly rebuilt area on the site of old Doha, creating an elegant and beautiful dreamscape. It's an unparalleled choice for anyone visiting Qatar.

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

SSafiZRight after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

GGuest UserI paid for a junior suite with a mini-bar for three guests. I specifically chose this room category for a beautiful city view and a larger space. The price was double that of a standard room.
However, I was checked into a small room, #3320, with no mini-bar, no extra space, no sofa, and no beautiful view. What exactly did I pay for? And this is supposed to be five-star service??? Shameful! I feel completely ripped off. Why?
This kind of treatment completely ruined my impression of the entire country.
I am very upset. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

LLuiz Mattos 2591The hotel instalations are in fair condition, but some little problems have got to be resolved.
The shower, keeps changing the temperature of the water, goes from cold to extremely hot constantly, so you have to get in and out of the shower so you don't get almost burn or frozen.
They do provide a safe on the room, but you cannot set your own combination, they have one fixed combination for each room, and it won't change regarding whos in the room. That means if the room is occupied for one person today, the combination will be the same for everyone occupying that room. It's fixed and very easy to be spread for the whole hotel staff.
The person attending us at checkout, I wouldn't say rude, but not very pleasant to deal with.
The mattress was very soft, it caused us some back pain.
The breakfat is very oriented to a specific ethnicity. You have not other options if you does not belong to that ethnicity.
But, anyway, besides all still a very good option for a quick and affordable stay.
