AAmir wangI had an early flight at 6 AM, so I arrived at the hotel around 8 AM. The Tunisian guy at the front desk said my room wasn't ready and might not be until 2 PM. So, I decided to have breakfast at the hotel while I waited. The Bhutanese girl in the restaurant saw I was alone and was very friendly, bringing me a small cake. I was still eating around 10 AM when a new girl at the front desk told me my room was ready. What a pleasant surprise! The room was very business-oriented yet comfortable. It had a corner sofa lounge area and a desk facing the sea. The bathroom was also excellent. Even without a balcony, it was still very comfortable. The hotel leans more towards business, and I noticed quite a few people discussing business during breakfast. There's an ATM on the first floor, which is very convenient. Plus, for a W Hotel in Doha, the price was quite reasonable.

AAnonymous UserThis is a truly luxurious hotel. Everything is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished, every corner is spotless, and every staff member greets you with a smile. The air is consistently filled with a delightful frankincense scent. The service level is comparable only to the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong, yet at less than half the price. It's located in Msheireb, a meticulously designed and lavishly rebuilt area on the site of old Doha, creating an elegant and beautiful dreamscape. It's an unparalleled choice for anyone visiting Qatar.

Ddm_sThe hotel's location is excellent. From the airport, take the Red Line metro, then transfer to the Gold Line and get off at Waqif station. Take Exit 2, but instead of going through the glass door into Souq Waqif, head towards the elevator for Souq Al Najada. The hotel's main entrance is right outside this elevator. Perhaps because the main entrance isn't easy for parking, Google Maps tends to direct you to the road at the back entrance.
The hotel lobby and restaurant look quite grand. The rooms feel a bit dated but are still spacious and clean. It's very quiet at night, and the breakfast is good. There are plenty of restaurants in Souq Waqif itself. Housekeeping took a bit longer than expected, but the staff were very friendly. A big thank you to Obada and Khalid for cleaning our room.
Overall, it offers great value for money.

Specially, Richard, the supervisor, was very supportive during my stay.
the Coral Restaurant is good too.staffs are working diligently and very attentive. Food is full of varieties.
One minor thing is the Singing… some guests’ birthday celebration was conducted by the staffs, the chorus was … kind of terrible… whatever you do, just don’t ask them to sing for you!
It was a perfect stay for a 8 days of vacationing!

GGuest UserI paid for a junior suite with a mini-bar for three guests. I specifically chose this room category for a beautiful city view and a larger space. The price was double that of a standard room.
However, I was checked into a small room, #3320, with no mini-bar, no extra space, no sofa, and no beautiful view. What exactly did I pay for? And this is supposed to be five-star service??? Shameful! I feel completely ripped off. Why?
This kind of treatment completely ruined my impression of the entire country.
I am very upset. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.

The restaurant offered a rich breakfast with freshly brewed coffee filling the air. What's even more impressive is the meticulous attention to detail everywhere – the turndown service was thoughtful, and bottled water was always replenished. When checking out, the front desk smiled and offered warm water; it truly felt like a home away from home. I will definitely visit again next time to experience this impeccable and perfect service.

The hotel offers excellent facilities and is very well located—just a short walk from the metro station and close to many main attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. What impressed me most was the staff: they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their warm hospitality made my stay truly enjoyable.
