I feel very happy and comfortable to have your room as my staycation. All available facilities can be used optimally. You as a host are very easy to communicate with. I really appreciate and will make your room one of the stays I will remember and will likely repeat again. Thank you!

I were there to attend a morning wedding. It was convenient .

Clean and has a lot of space. AC and washing machine are included. I recommend !

Very disappointing stay. The check-in process was difficult, parking was hard to find, and the overall service was poor. I booked for 4 guests but only 2 towels were provided. When I requested additional towels, the request was refused. The blanket also had a bad smell, making it uncomfortable to use. I reported the issue on the first night and was promised that it would be replaced the next morning. Unfortunately, nothing was done, and even by the evening the room was still exactly as I had left it. The most frustrating part was the lack of follow-up and poor customer service. Promises were made but not fulfilled. For the price paid, I expected better cleanliness, proper amenities for all guests, and more responsive service. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this property.

Very bad experience. I strongly advise other travelers not to book this place. When I arrived, I tried calling multiple times to arrange check-in but received no response. The address provided was also inaccurate  it couldn’t be properly located on Waze or Google Maps.I waited at the stated location for about two hours and was left stranded. The host only contacted me with check-in instructions after I had already cancelled the booking.In the end, I had to book a nearby hotel, which I should have done from the beginning. Despite all this inconvenience, no refund has been provided.

Hotel room cleaniness is ok but still can improve further. Location good as convinient with grocery stall and restaurant at ground floor.

Check in was supposed to be at 3 PM, yet the unit PIN was only provided at 3 PM. Upon attempting to enter, the password given was incorrect. After multiple failed attempts, the door went into lockdown, forcing us to wait outside for 15 minutes each time??? this happened for almost 5th times. We contacted the PIC, who later confirmed that the wrong password had been provided. This caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary waiting. While the unit itself is clean, the noise level is unacceptable. Even my husband was unable to sleep due to constant disturbances, including repeated attempts by others to open doors. These issues should be resolved immediately to avoid causing the same inconvenience to other clients
