"I had a fantastic stay at this hotel on the coast. The location is perfect, with a marina, top-notch restaurants, and the city center all nearby. The service was exceptional, and the hotel restaurant served delicious meals. It was incredibly quiet, clean, and peaceful throughout my stay. Highly recommended!"

"We had a mixed experience during our stay. At first, we were assigned to D block (room D104), which was extremely noisy due to a nearby bar, and there was also a toilet issue with continuous running water. We were unable to sleep at all that night, despite having requested a quiet room well in advance. After communicating with the hotel, they eventually changed our room for free, which we appreciate. The new room was in I block, and the difference was huge — the room was much newer, very spacious, comfortable, and almost completely quiet. The facilities were clearly more updated, and overall the stay improved significantly. The only issue in the new room was that we found one large cockroach, which was unpleasant, but aside from that, everything was fine. I would also like to highlight that the front desk staff were polite and helpful, which is definitely a big plus. Overall, if you are planning to stay here, I would strongly recommend avoiding D block, especially if you care about noise and sleep quality. If noise does not bother you, it may not be an issue — but for light sleepers, this is something to be aware of."

"I stayed in a shared female dorm with an en-suite bathroom for six people. The house has several kitchens, shared bathrooms, and a swimming pool. It's a large house with many staff members."

"The hotel is 10, very serviceful all employees, but I was about 10 years ago and I think it has a little lowered the 5-star list of great luxury. It is very well located on the full beach line. We took the hotel with breakfast and very good but I miss something. But there is a restaurant with Michelin star, which we are watching and it is a whole experience. It has a brunch spa that is very good."

"Large, comfortable hotel, but quite old. For me, this is a 3 * hotel, not 4 at all. Very pleasant staff, welcome drink immediately upon arrival, there are absolutely no complaints about the staff. Very small parking, you need to book a place in advance, 10 euros per day. On the 9th, 10th and A floors, the rooms are ”privileges”, but in fact they are no different from the rest. There was only a coffee machine and a huge bed. The view from the balcony of the city is wonderful, but at night it is very noisy. There are no dumbbells in the gym, although there are a lot of other equipment, which is strange."

"Beautiful hotel with wonderful facilities and services including private pools with plenty of sunbeds, a gym, spa, art exhibition room, games room with pool tables and football tables and TVs showing live sports matches. There are also organised daytime activities and evening entertainment. I loved the neutral and mint earth tone colourway theme throughout the hotel which is very calming and relaxing. I also respect the hotel's commitment to sustainability by installing water filleting machines to reuse bottles and refillable soap and shampoo dispensers. My room was warm, cozy and clean with a nice balcony view and a variety of tv channel and movie selections including Netflix. The cleaning lady was kind to remake my bed from two twin beds into a large double bed with beautiful flower petal decorations and chocolate truffle treats which were delicious and I appreciated the additional touches. The breakfast was delicious ans very filling, presented in a buffet style with so much variety and choice of different stations within the dining room (cereal and granola; fruit, salad and juice bar; toast and baguette station; pattessarie station; hot English breakfast station with a section dedicated to different preparations of eggs). Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The hotel is in an excellent location with stunning sea and mountain hill views and has direct access to Torviscas Beach which is less than a 3-minute walk. There are also many local shops, bars and restaurants including a mcdonalds by the beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will definitely revisit in the future!"

"Excellent apartments and amenities. The reception team both on arrival and departure were very very friendly and informative. Only slight downside for us was it was a little too far from the beach and amenities which made it very quiet however this would suit a lot of people. There was an excellent Spanish themed restaurant around the corner from the resort literally 2 minutes which served excellent food and had excellent background music."

"My favorite hotel in Tenerife! The staff were incredibly welcoming, helping with our luggage to our room, and even offering a special dinner recommendation. On our arrival day, we had Mexican food, and although it was a buffet, it was fantastic – every dish was delicious. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel has free parking, and there's another parking lot nearby, so parking is never a problem. The beach near the hotel is my absolute favorite in all of Tenerife! Highly recommended!"
