Everything was perfect

Great place to stay! Staff working around the clock, keeping everything up to high standards. Room was great and restaurants are truly 5 star quality. Relaxing by the pool was really nice and the beach is literally right outside the gate on the promenade. Only thing is there was always noise outside the room whenever tried taking a nap because staff are always cleaning or filling up room’s supplies but we never also complained. Also because we booked through an online platform they didnt allow us an early check-in option (we asked to pay extra for that but they kept saying room is just getting cleaned) which lost us almost the whole day since we had a very early flight and needed to checkin early to rest, which we couldn’t get. So if your flight is arriving early, make sure to check if there is an early check-in option to avoid getting stuck at the lobby for hours.

We had an absolute fantastic time at this hotel. It was my second time staying here and it did not disappoint. We were staying in one of the recently refurbished rooms, it was clean, the bed was comfy and the amenities were great. The staff were absolutely fantastic and couldn’t do enough for you, special mention to Sebastian at bar Azul! The food at Trattoria was our favourite we visited 4 times, the Lasagna is one of the best I’ve ever had. The pools are fantastic! One was closed but we knew this before visiting. One thing I would mention are that the drinks are extremely expensive, I know this is a 5 star hotel however I have stayed in other 5 star hotels all across the world and never paid €10 euros for a milkshake. I believe they are very overpriced for a 5 star hotel in Tenerife. However this small thing does not change the fact that we will be returning next year! Thank you for a great stay!

I've visited numerous resorts worldwide, but Bahia stands out as the most family and child-friendly destination by far. The resort's stunning beauty is complemented by the exceptional quality of service and the warm hospitality of the staff. Their attentiveness makes you feel valued throughout your stay. The serene natural surroundings add to the overall relaxing atmosphere. We're certain to return more frequently and highly recommend Bahia to anyone seeking a tranquil, family-oriented retreat in a beautiful natural setting.

Celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary at the outstanding Bahia Del Duque. The management and staff have made our stay so special. A superb room combined with fantastic service has made it a memorable holiday. My wife and I first came to this hotel 23 years ago and have made several visits over the years. The high standards in service and cleanliness make it a must visit. Our room is superb and has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. The cleaning staff are exceptional, they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The staff in the restaurants are fantastic, nothing is a problem and they are always very polite and friendly. The grounds are manicured to perfection and the sunbeds are fantastic ( never an issue in getting one). The various swimming pools are very clean and picturesque. Highlight of our stay was a visit to the Spa. I’ve been in a lot of nice hotels however the Bahia Spa is the best I’ve been in. Still have 4 nights of our 11 nights remaining and looking forward to all of them. Would definitely recommend the Bahia Del Duque if you’re looking for an exceptional hotel in Tenerife with outstanding service. Special mention to Miriam who served us in the lobby bar and Marcos who went out his way to help us. Both staff are fantastic and a credit to the hotel.

A fantastic hotel, stunning pools and gardens right on the beach (not that we went much). Can highly recommend spending a little more for Casa Ducales for a semi-all inclusive experience. Service, housekeeping and ambience is top notch. Plenty of space, variety of options in the day for sunbathing and swimming. I love the burger bar for a lunch, and our favourite restaurant was the Brasserie. I did miss the option of the Bernegal and feeling a bit restricted as only some restaurants were open each evening (Nub was closed the whole week which I was sad about). We had a wonderful holiday, I miss Pinhead though (very friendly white cat with a strangely small head who insisted on coming into our room)❤️ and the various other wildlife (coy, black swan, geese and other interesting birds that live at del duque).

This marked our 8th stay at this hotel since 2021. We absolutely love it here. This hotel has a charm I haven't found anywhere else, and we travel a lot. We ended our stay at the Villas and WOW. The villas and services is top notch. Special thanks to Estefania and Nicolo from the Villas they were the best. Javier at the beach club always makes sure we have the best anniversary lunch. But just to be clear, ALL of the bahia staff is great. Housekeeping at Bahia is better then any hotel we have stayed at. We can't wait to come back, for sure we will come next May to celebrate our next anniversary, but we will probably visit at the end of September too, we just can't wait until May next year. If you stay at the hotel itself or the villas, you will definitely enjoy either way. I couldn't imagine staying anywhere else while visiting Tenerife. All the restaurants are good. We never go off property to dine. We have all our meals at the hotel and have done so since we visited the first time. Never disappointed!

Very nice day playing golf my self in this golf course. I´m a chinese guy who came to Tenerife for a business tryp. It was my firts time playing golf in Europe, and I have to say that I was impressed with the conditions and good quality of the golf course. I recommend everyone to come and play in Golf Del Sur if you are staying in the house of teh island.

We had the most enjoyable and relaxing holiday thanks to this beautiful property and its incredible staff. The hotel itself is huge and there are so many pools that you never get bored. The views are breathtaking from everywhere. The breakfast buffet is one of the best we’ve had and we are a well travelled family who have stayed at many luxury hotels and resorts. The only area of improvement is the quality of food in the restaurants open for lunch (the brasserie, the burger bar azul and the beach club). We were disappointed with our lunches at these 3 outlets. This did not take away from our incredible experience and we will definitely be back at Bahia Del Duque next year. I highly recommend this hotel to couples and families looking for a luxurious summer holiday!
