Stayed there for more than two weeks, a lovely resort with bungalows and apartments in a Canarian style, good services like laundry, animation, several nice pools including a big heated one. Had an apartment on 4th floor with a large terrace and lounge chair - didn’t have to go to pool to get some suntan! The furniture a little outdated but the only big problem- there were lots of sweet ants running around the kitchen, had to have a cleaner to spray the place around. Still, a nice place once this was tackled

5th time we've stayed for a Winter break.
Excellent ambience, pool and sunbathing.
Choice at the buffet breakfast amazing.

Had a lovely week at GF Isabel over Christmas. The bungalow (an upstairs one) was spacious and spotlessly cleaned on arrival, and every day we were there. There was a decent sized, private terrace area with beds and a table/chairs. The main pool even though outdoors (and in December) was warmer than my usual indoor pool at the gym here in Scotland! More than enough sunbeds for everyone so there was no need to do the early morning towel dash to bagsie one! Breakfast buffet had a multitude of options, most items are labelled with dietary info e.g. gluten free, and there was soy milk and yoghurt for those who are dairy free. Staff were all pleasant and helpful throughout. There are 2 shopping centres nearby, both have a Dino supermarket. Highly recommended!

Parking is scarce. Decor outdated. Bathroom smelled from sewer pipes. Otherwise, room had wonderful view and was spacious.

Used this property for a number of years it has been excellent, but feel it is getting a bit dated,really needs some improvement work doing.The staff in this hotel is its major plus

Despite requesting a room with minimal step to climb due to my wife’s lung condition our initially allocated rooms was only accessible via a large number of steps, only after a considerable time we eventually were given a room with required a lift to enable our access. Obviously my request was ignored. Other than that the stay was excellent.
