GGuest UserFacilities were part of the massive hotel Anthelia.
Not a bad hotel but far too big and cheap plastic type sunbeds not usual in 5 star hotels.
Pool service none existent at Joia Annex.
You have to go into the Anthelia before going into the Joia Salome.
Bedrooms excellent though.

GGuest UserEl servicio fue excelente, las instalaciones muy buenas. Se hecho de menos zumo de naranja natural en los desayunos y jamon serrano en las cenas, para ser un hotel de 5 estrellas joia.
Pero en general muy bien, tienen varios detalles como bombones, licor......

BBlankiiiI have visited some 5 star hotels on the island and honestly there is no other like it. As soon as we entered the luxurious hotel, we received very good treatment from the receptionists. It has a beautiful infinity pool and incredible decoration. When I entered my villa, with a private pool, I was impressed by how good it smelled, how clean and well-kept every corner was.
The villa is very spacious, they told me it was 140m2; with a fully equipped kitchen. A very good fridge, a very complete minibar…
The furniture in the villa is fabulous. I was impressed, shocked… Coming to this hotel has been a true dream come true!
If I had to choose a favorite part… I would choose the room since it has a huge bed that surrounds you and makes you rest without limits.
The living room area also has a television, with a good size that plays YouTube and more applications from your own mobile.
What I found most striking about this accommodation is how they pamper every detail, making my last stay incredible and unforgettable! 100/10!!! There is no other like it!!!

GGuest UserThe issue of stars should be re-examined. Hotels packed with people at a rate of 400 euros/night can never be considered luxury. The sun and the proximity to the beach are not a merit of the hotel. Neither is the demand. The hotel is not luxury, 5 stars… rather 4 stars superior. Excessive price for what it offers (not counting the sun)

GGuest UserLarge, comfortable hotel, but quite old. For me, this is a 3 * hotel, not 4 at all. Very pleasant staff, welcome drink immediately upon arrival, there are absolutely no complaints about the staff. Very small parking, you need to book a place in advance, 10 euros per day. On the 9th, 10th and A floors, the rooms are ”privileges”, but in fact they are no different from the rest. There was only a coffee machine and a huge bed. The view from the balcony of the city is wonderful, but at night it is very noisy.
There are no dumbbells in the gym, although there are a lot of other equipment, which is strange.

GGuest UserThe room is large and the view is very good. Breakfast can be eaten until 11 o'clock, and it is very rich. The service attitude is very good, and the facilities are very complete, reaching the 5-star level.

GGuest UserFab little Hostel, we had a private bedroom with bathroom . All staff and guests where lovely to speak and talk to, will definitely be returning, thank you for making my first hostel experience such fun one.

HHui LanThe resort is in need of a revamp. The poolside and beaches is good but the rooms are old and the furniture looks dated and worn out . The apartment size is big though, and equipped with utensils, pots , microwave , kettle etc . I knew it was quite old but I hadn’t realised it was that old. Breakfast is adequate

GGuest UserGreat staff working at the buffet. Thumbs up to Yani, who took care of our table every day in a very professional and friendly approach, we really loved it.
The hotel is well located, walking distance to the beach, party area and Siam Park & Mall.
The room was big enough and comfortable, with excellent cleaning service.
I read elsewhere the location was noisy, however, this wasn't the case at all on the 3rd floor facing the window (while the party area next to the beach was very busy).
Overall, great experience, definitely recommendable.

GGuest UserThe apartment was excellent we booked a studio for 2 people but was given a 2bedroom 2 bathroom apartment that had just been renovated.We had a maid come every other day to clean and give us clean towels.All the staff were friendly especially in the restaurant. The apartment had air-con and the swimming pool was really good.I would recommend these apartments they are in a good area of costa adeje close to restaurants,mercadona and lots of entertainment.
