We stayed in a level room with a sun terrace on a bed and breakfast basis. The room was spacious with a seating area and a sofa. It was clean and had everything we needed. The sun terrace looked out over the sea and we had sun all day. Level facilities were good. Lovely outdoor seating area with alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks available and very tasty snacks and sweet treats. The breakfast in the level area was tasty and all the items on the menu freshly prepared plus lots of buffet items were available. My husband swam in the level pool and enjoyed it. We both spent time in the other pool too. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff from the moment we arrived until we stepped in the taxi back to the airport. The staff were very busy seeing to guests needs but always smiling and happy to help. Would we stay here again ..??? Absolutely yes.

What a fantastic place for a romantic break. Hotel was amazing! We stayed in one of the suites with the Level package and it did not disappoint. Great selection of snacks during cocktail hour with branded alcohol. Fizz, wine and coffee available all day. Breakfast menu selection was great and food was delicious. Staff were friendly and views were stunning! We are already looking at booking for next year.

We returned for our 6th visit in January and the hotel is better than ever. The hotel closed for 4 months in 2023 for refurbishment (it wasn't 'tired' before though!). The big changes are that all rooms have been refurbished and freshened up (new furniture and décor, including balcony furniture, plus 50" TV screen - all 5 UK channels available, plus HDMI input socket!), the old Italian restaurant moved to another location, allowing the main Restaurant to be made more spacious and less noisy. What were previously known as 'Deluxe' rooms are now renamed 'Junior Suites' and the rooms really are spacious (35sq metres, I believe), with walk-in showers, a 6ft double-bed, a sofa-bed, and a small table and chairs to sit at. Just be forewarned that where you could request a twin room before are now mostly double rooms but with the sofa-bed which can be made up and is perfectly comfortable. In addition, other changes are a welcoming drink on arrival :) and a distinguished programme of classes during the week, all provided free of charge, plus great evening entertainment (we LOVED the duo on Mondays, with Olga singing and an acoustic guitarist - both super-talented). By 'distinguished' I mean things like classes in jewellery making, soap-making, art, liqueur coffee-making, local Tenerife cultural knowledge, and mindfulness which have been really well planned and thought through, setting the hotel apart from most hotels in our experience. The team of 5 (I think) headed up by Domenic (native to the island), with Cecilia and Christian are all great and put together a great offering. After the refurbishment it was great to meet again some of the old faces - Johann, Emanuele as porter and welcomer, Raul on Reception - all so friendly, helpful and welcoming. In addition, of course, the restaurant customer-facing team is headed up by the outstanding Laura, who is SO welcoming and absolutely delightful. The terrace, used for outdoor dining at breakfast and dinner has a stunning view, overlooking the town below and out to sea, and sitting drinking cocktails in late afternoon is the most relaxing place I have ever been. How could they improve? The bar staff are not quite as good as previous years, when headed up by Johann (who has been promoted) and, on occasions, the restaurant felt like it was under-staffed (drinks orders and tables getting cleared not as quickly as desirable). Will we return for a 7th time? 100% we will!

9 fabulous days spent here on a half board basis. We debated the all inclusive option before booking and opted against it as we usually like to eat out most evenings however, when returning (which we will) I will book all inclusive as the food was lovely, good options (not tons&tons) however, the quality is great and well worth it and we actually ended up eating here nearly every night (lots of seafood). We would’ve benefited from all inclusive as soft drinks are around €3, pint is €5, cocktails €10 so will book all inclusive next time. Activities are fab! Exercise classes and different workshops, which we really enjoyed as well as, live entertainment in the late afternoon and evenings. Stunning vibes at sunset. We stayed at the main pool of a day which we all enjoyed. Pool is a nice temperature and plenty of beds. Easy access from the pool down to the beach, just following the road down the hill. There’s also a 24/7 shop on the way down. It’s approx €15 in taxi to los Christianos, €10 to las americas and €5 to Fanabe beach area! All staff were lovely and super helpful, especially Laura who worked in the mosaic restaurant & Johan who ran the cocktail workshop! Hotel its self is modern, clean and roomy with great views. Rituals toiletries are lovely, robes with fresh towels and cleaning everyday. Hairdryer was good & powerful shower. The welcome drink on arrival was also appreciated. It would however, be helpful to have each cuisine of the mosaic restaurant for each night displayed somewhere (maybe at breakfast or reception) so that you know what food will be available each night. The addition of a shuttle bus service to the beach, maybe a few times a day would also be fantastic. The walk down the hill is fine but with lots of stuff is less enjoyable and takes more time walking back up! We also had a room on the top floor (8th), which meant 3 lifts down to the pool or numerous sets of stairs. Didn’t bother us at all but may do if you’re older. Additionally, we were disappointed during dinner, when ordering a sangria to see the waitress pour it from a carton straight into a glass and just add some apple, charging nearly €5 a glass for it. For a hotel of this standard, you expect for you to be able to make/ mix your own drinks & cocktails. Even if it had taken longer we would’ve preferred for it to have actually been made properly at the bar and then brought over to the mosaic. Other than that, we visited as a family, ranging in ages from 24-60yrs old and we all thoroughly enjoyed this as a relaxing holiday. Looking to return next year! Thank you again :)

This was a second visit for us and it was just as good an experience as last time. The staff were all excellent; they were friendly, polite, professional and helpful. We had a Level Package and it was well worth it for the room location and the individual a la carte breakfasts and the drinks and snacks in the Level Lounge. We felt the food in the Mosaico Restaurant was nice although sometimes the choice was quite limited and was not as hot as we would have liked. At times, we had to wait around for food to be replenished. The salads are excellent and there was always a wide range of desserts on offer (it might be a little more helpful if there was more labelling on these). The gym has been altered and refurbished since our last visit and this was excellent. We really enjoyed the entertainment on offer both at the Level Lounge and at the Refama Bar. We will definitely return and would definitely have a Level Package again. A great place for a great holiday.

Fantastic hotel, really friendly staff who remembered your name, drink etc. Excellent entertainment team, who went above and beyond to make your holiday memorable. We did glass painting and made necklaces, made artisan soap, extracted aloe vera, learned to make cocktails, made macrame bracelets, did a beginner class in Reikki, and made special liquor coffees. All these activities and more are included in the holiday, and are easily booked on the app. We went for our daughter’s 18th birthday, and she had a blast. Everyone was so kind to her, and made her day extra special. The hotel even delivered balloons to her room on the big day. We were able to order a birthday cake (€20) and the restaurant staff even sung happy birthday to her. The cake was for 3 people, but was huge and absolutely delicious! The food in the hotel is excellent. There is a huge choice in the main buffet, and the food was really tasty. Cava for breakfast with eggs Benedict was yum! We also ate in the Casa Nostra restaurant, which is a specialty Italian restaurant. All inclusive gets two visits included here in a 10 day holiday. The food here was amazing, the complimentary bread was so delicious and every dish we had was lovely and freshly cooked. I would highly recommend it. There was a good choice of included drinks in the all inclusive package, including cocktails. It’s hard to name every single person who looked after us, but special thanks to Laura and Johannes in the restaurant, so kind and friendly; thanks to Juan Carlos in the bar for making a ‘special’ cocktail for our daughter when she didn’t know what she liked! Also a huge shout out to Melissa and the rest of the entertainment team, they are a small team and work so hard, are great fun and so friendly. They went above and beyond for our daughter’s birthday, and made it really special for her. Also Rafael, the interim, so friendly, and still learning English on the job. Hopefully he will get a job with this amazing team! We stayed in a junior suite, and it was roomy, and very clean. The mini bar was stocked daily and the there was plenty of toiletries, plug sockets etc. There was also a lovely patio to sit out on. If you are looking for a fun holiday, in a beautiful setting, adults only, with loads to do (if you want) then this hotel is for you!

Lovely hotel, as soon as you arrive the lobby is nicely decorated and the view overlooking the rest of the hotel is great. Greeted with a glass of Cava. The staff really make the hotel that extra bit special. Buffet breakfast was nice, nicer than I expected. A big selection hot and cold. There is plenty of entertainment in the hotel bar in the evenings, from guitarist and saxophones etc every night, great to have an evening wine on the terrace and watch the sunset. Olga is the best! The whole bar staff are very friendly and genuine. This hotel has a lot of stairs! (They do have lifts but some instances you will need to take 2 or 3 lifts to get to the pool) depending on where you are located inside the hotel. One thing I would say that needs work, is the restaurant next to the pool (we went there for lunch) it definitely needs some work, it was quite disappointing. Other than that we had a lovely stay and I would visit again.
