Hotel Riu Palace Tenerife

"I chose a semi-sea view room, and the front desk chose the corner for me. I looked from the balcony and found that many rooms were not fully occupied, and the kettle was dirty and full of ants. However, it is very suitable for a family trip, with a children's swimming pool, breakfast and dinner are very delicious, the restaurant has two restaurants inside and outside, and the afternoon tea area next to the swimming pool is also very good. Overall, it is very good."

"My partner and I are staying here again after visiting several times before. We always choose the breakfast option because it’s simply too good to miss. I’ve also had lunch at the hotel many times, and the Caesar salad is the best in Tenerife — and I’ve tried many! Everyone who works here is so pleasant, and I love that most of the staff are the same familiar faces. Of course, there are a few new ones we haven’t seen before, but that’s life. The main reasons we keep booking this hotel are: 1. The rooms and how well they are cleaned. 2. The fantastic location. 3. The staff and housekeeping — always 10/10. "The hotel is large in size and does not have its own parking lot, but it can be found next to it. The rooms are basically townhouses with stacked villas, which are a house with four households up and down, so it is far from the hotel lobby to the room."

"I booked a suite for one person. The room was quite large and spacious, and very clean. A welcome drink was provided upon check-in, and the room refrigerator had eight bottles of beverages, plus a fresh large bottle of purified water daily. The room was very clean and tidy, making me feel comfortable. The shower drain initially had a problem, but it was repaired promptly after I reported it. The scenery was fantastic, very close to the beach, just a few minutes' walk away. In the summer, you can go to the beach to watch the sunset after dinner. Transportation was also convenient; there was a bus stop just across the street, and a free shuttle bus stop to Siam Park. The food at the hotel… was average, edible, but convenient. The main reason to choose this hotel was convenience. There was live music in the club in the evenings, and karaoke later. The only thing I was dissatisfied with was that I forgot to unplug my charger from the bedside table when I checked out. When I returned to the hotel, they said it wasn't there. I asked them to check with the cleaning staff the next day, and they contacted me via email regardless of whether they found it or not, but there was no follow-up. An item that was 100% left in the hotel room simply couldn't be retrieved… How strange!"
