"It does what it needs. If you want to check in before 3pm it is not possible, you have to leave your luggage in a locker, of course against cost. If all lockers are occupied than surprisingly the room is already ready. All is for the rules, the staff has no flexibility to address customer needs. No one can tell me that with a hotel of this size there is no room ready after 12 am, it is not that all people want to check-in at the same time. Simple statistics. I wanted to have breakfast spontaneously, was not possible because I didn’t book it the night before. Exceptions not possible! I get it that the hotel needs to plan in advance, however it is also simple statistics with a buffet of this size. So hotel rather misses out on guests who want to pay extra due to rules. When you just need a room for a night the hotel is totally fine. If you need anything extra the stuff needs to follow the rules no matter the request."

"The hotel rooms were really nice and lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, our stay started off on a less than great note. Even though we arrived after 3pm, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the hotel. The reception was unmanned, and we had to wait for a security guard to come and lock us in and give us a key. We did receive an SMS with information about this, but only when we were already standing at the hotel. As we were going to a big party, we needed an iron because our clothes had become wrinkled during the trip. Unfortunately, it was not possible to borrow one, as there was no receptionist present to whom we could turn. Overall, the rooms were good, but the lack of staffing and service upon arrival detracted from the experience."

"The hotel has a very good location, just two minutes from the train station, which makes it very convenient for getting around. The WiFi worked well throughout my stay, and the woman at the front desk was very friendly and welcoming. However, there were several issues that affected my experience. The room itself was okay, but the bed felt quite small—I was honestly worried I might fall out. The wall lamp was also poorly placed, making it easy to hit your head. I chose not to have breakfast at the hotel, as there are cheaper options nearby. The biggest problem was the noise. There was significant roadwork outside starting as early as 7:30 a.m. Due to holes in the road, metal plates had been placed over them, and every time someone walked, cycled, or drove over them, it created very loud banging sounds. It was extremely disruptive and made it difficult to sleep. I initially tried calling reception from the room phone without success, so I used my mobile instead. When I asked to change rooms because of the noise, the response I received was: “It’s a big city, what did you expect?” I found this reply dismissive and unprofessional. I’ve lived in London, so I am well aware of typical city noise—but this was something else entirely. Overall, while the location and WiFi are positives, the noise and the way my concern was handled mean I would not choose to stay here again."

Toilets are free to use. Room: It was a 6 or 8-bed dormitory. There were no curtains on the beds. There's a sink in the room, but no signs of a kitchen anywhere. Toilets and showers are shared by all genders. There's a power outlet by the bed and an elevator. Lockers are available under the bed, directly on the floor. It's more for storage. Long stays would be tough. Good for 1 or 2 nights."

"Location is perfect and around 10 minutes walk from the train station. I paid for an upgrade to the Heaven Rooms which was located on the the 9th floor with great view! The service and kindness of each of the people in the front desk was worth mentioning. Two disadvantages: 1. Breakfast was ok, but for the price you pay they could have add some more options, although the view was amazing! 2. The price of the lockers is quite high and unexpected until you see it in the front desk. Other than that it was great and well recommended!!"

"We really enjoyed our stay at CityHub. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning with hopes to drop off our luggage, we were instead offered a ‘hub’ straight away! The bathrooms and saunas were absolutely lovely, and the beds were very comfy. I enjoyed having a space to stand up within the hubs, and the ability to change the lighting and the music. Overall, I would recommend cityhub to anyone looking for a stay in Copenhagen. You pay significantly less than what you would in a typically hotel, for what I could argue is better service and better quality."

"The room was spacious and everything was great. Just a heads-up for future guests: the street outside the hotel, near where there's a lot of graffiti, seems to be a spot where homeless people gather. Navigation sometimes directs you there. I recommend taking the main road instead; it won't add much time to your journey, just a few minutes. Breakfast was decent. Not cheap, but filling, and there was a good variety."

"This modern chain hotel offers excellent value for money. It's conveniently located within walking distance of the metro, train, and bus stations, making it easy to get to both the city center and the airport. Right next to the hotel is a large shopping mall called FIELD'S, which has a big supermarket, so dining and shopping options are very convenient. The hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

The supermarket and subway are very close and convenient, and it's not as noisy as the city center. Check-in is on the top floor, where there's a rooftop garden restaurant with an artistic vibe. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. There's a pantry for self-service refills of some supplies, and you need to use a key card to access floors, which adds to the security. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. The only thing to watch out for is the extra-large hanging lamp – if you're not used to it, you might bump your head. Also, you need to climb stairs to get to the bed, so seniors and children should be careful.

Hotel was close to the central train station, which was very useful coming in from the airport. Hotel had provided us with free macaroons and champagne as we were on our honeymoon! Was very pleased with our stays

The hotel is very close to the train station, and the front desk staff were really nice. The restaurant is lovely and the breakfast was good. They provide a bottle of water daily, and you can get hot water from the restaurant. The only downsides are that the room is a bit small – I had to move a chair to open my suitcase on the floor – and the sink was clogged.

Great hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy. What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

Absolutely, unequivocally fantastic! This place comes highly recommended for anyone on their first solo trip. I arrived super late, around 2 or 3 AM, and while it's a bit of a walk from the metro station, the streets were incredibly quiet, clean, and safe even in the middle of the night. No strange characters or homeless people around (I seriously love Denmark!). The hostel was brightly lit, and there was a front desk attendant, but I opted for self-check-in and headed upstairs. To my surprise, I got a whole room to myself! The view from the window overlooked a beautiful lake. As my first time staying in a hostel alone, this left a really great impression! (Tip: make sure your padlock is wide enough; mine was too small to fit).

Clean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

Couldn't check in early, but the common areas were super functional, vibrant, and relaxing – really on par with Clink in Amsterdam. While waiting on the 3rd floor, I looked through the floor-to-ceiling windows and saw a full rainbow panorama right in front of me, even spotting people walking on top of it clearly. However, paying an extra 50 DKK for bed linen was ridiculous, especially since it wasn't mentioned during booking! That evening, I asked the front desk if there was hot water, and they said yes, but it would cost 15 DKK per cup. Seriously! For a hostel, not having a communal kitchen or a fridge to store food, and not even providing a kettle, is just unacceptable. I can't consider these facilities to be adequate.

This is a no-frills hotel that is good for a short stay. The location is fantastic as it is within walking distance to the main station for metros and trains. The room was very big and we could lay out both of our large suitcases with ease. The neighbourhood is lively but the room was insulated from the hustle and bustle from the streets and we had a good sleep during our stay.

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. However, the closet was small and inconvenient. A hairdryer was provided. There were two beautiful lamps, but nowhere to plug them in. One power outlet didn't work, leaving only one functional outlet to charge a phone. A mini-fridge was also present, but there was no available outlet for it. The TV had a poor signal, though YouTube was accessible. The shared bathroom was very clean, with plenty of hot water, soap, and shampoo. Cleanliness was perfect; our towels were changed. There was no physical staff at the front desk. We encountered an issue with the entry code, which was resolved via the doorbell's intercom system. This place is definitely geared towards tech-savvy guests! I had internet access but no phone signal to receive the SMS confirmation required for online check-in. Luckily, they assisted us via the intercom, and we managed to sort everything out.
