"It does what it needs. If you want to check in before 3pm it is not possible, you have to leave your luggage in a locker, of course against cost. If all lockers are occupied than surprisingly the room is already ready. All is for the rules, the staff has no flexibility to address customer needs. No one can tell me that with a hotel of this size there is no room ready after 12 am, it is not that all people want to check-in at the same time. Simple statistics. I wanted to have breakfast spontaneously, was not possible because I didn’t book it the night before. Exceptions not possible! I get it that the hotel needs to plan in advance, however it is also simple statistics with a buffet of this size. So hotel rather misses out on guests who want to pay extra due to rules. When you just need a room for a night the hotel is totally fine. If you need anything extra the stuff needs to follow the rules no matter the request."

"The hotel rooms were really nice and lived up to expectations. Unfortunately, our stay started off on a less than great note. Even though we arrived after 3pm, we had to wait about 20 minutes to get into the hotel. The reception was unmanned, and we had to wait for a security guard to come and lock us in and give us a key. We did receive an SMS with information about this, but only when we were already standing at the hotel. As we were going to a big party, we needed an iron because our clothes had become wrinkled during the trip. Unfortunately, it was not possible to borrow one, as there was no receptionist present to whom we could turn. Overall, the rooms were good, but the lack of staffing and service upon arrival detracted from the experience."

"I paid Euro 130 for one night. With this price, there are others option in nearby hotel. My room carpet is old and have smell, you need open the windows to make it away. there is a flush water pipe inside the room so everytime when there is people used toilet and you will hear the sound. Door is thin as well ,. so, you will hear nearby people talking in corridor or when they go out. The major issue was the room is facing toward the street, and so from 0730am till 2300pm, its noisy even closed the windows. there are no air conditioner in the room. (i see winter have heater). the room ventilation is not good, the bed is combined by two 2.5 feet wide bed. so there is a gap in between and no addition thin mattress above it as other hotel. breakfast was ok but not worth the price Euro 11. the juice is watery. coffee not ok. only 1 kind of bread, boiled egg and few cold meats. you may have better choice at nearby. Will not take this hotel."

"Front gate key is not functional and if locked have to call a person from the bar. In late night it’s a bit hectic if someone locked. Person said it is not working on that day. I stayed 3 nights but didn’t fixed for all 3 days. Rest everything is good. Perfect location and capsule is good"

"Extremely good value for money. Clean, bright hotel, nice reception, big enough and very pleasant room for the price point. Great staff, drinks sold downstairs in the lobby. I was very happy with the excellent value for money. The location was a 4 not a 5 as it was a little bit away from the centre, but very close to Tivoli."

"I booked a twin room and chose the upper bunk. The room was a bit cramped, but for a place to just sleep for one night, it was quite comfortable. The self-check-in was convenient and quick, and the staff on duty were very friendly. There's a lounge area, a small bar, and a kitchen near the entrance. It's really great value for money and perfect for a short stay when exploring the city."

"The room was spacious and everything was great. Just a heads-up for future guests: the street outside the hotel, near where there's a lot of graffiti, seems to be a spot where homeless people gather. Navigation sometimes directs you there. I recommend taking the main road instead; it won't add much time to your journey, just a few minutes. Breakfast was decent. Not cheap, but filling, and there was a good variety."

"Zero cleaning in 4 days stay, even tho we asked couple times. Despite a stay being extra expensive, close to 700 euros for 4 nights in a bunk bed, the gym wasn't included, we had to pay extra. No refill in fresh towel without asking, no refill in coffee or tea, nothing. Not even empty our trash. Cleaning staff in common area asking you to move table when you're in the middle of an imprtant call...not professional at all. The place was far to be bad, but the service can easily be improved for the comfort of the clients. Good points: clean building, nice wifi, right next to a mall and train station."

"This was my second time staying at the Clarion Hotel Copenhagen Airport, and it was an excellent experience once again. The hotel is conveniently connected to the terminal via a covered walkway, making it super easy to walk directly to the airport without any hassle. It's also a breeze to get to the city center, with a metro ride taking only 20 minutes – the location is absolutely fantastic. The rooms are spacious and clean, and the pool and sauna facilities are top-notch. Breakfast offers a rich and varied selection. Overall, it's a perfect stay for travel, and it'll definitely be my top choice for future trips to and from Copenhagen."

The hotel building is distinctive, with a lobby that is arranged to be warm and cozy. The merchandise is exquisite, and the breakfast at Tiger Lily is abundant; besides the buffet bar, you can also order omelets prepared by the chef. There is a café and a shop in the lobby. I personally ordered coffee and fries, which were delicious. I also bought a stylish suitcase and some candies, feeling that the facilities adequately meet the needs of travelers. The hotel rooms are spacious, designed with a lively and unique style, resembling a fashionable cabin. Complimentary snacks and beverages are provided in the room, along with a WiFi speaker. The beds are warm and comfortable. Just across the bridge from the hotel is Newport, and nearby there are local outdoor eateries and an ice-skating rink, making the area quite vibrant. The hotel is within a 5-minute walk to bus 2A, which goes to the city center, reaching Liberty City in just one stop, so transportation is relatively convenient. Overall, this hotel is highly recommended.

The supermarket and subway are very close and convenient, and it's not as noisy as the city center. Check-in is on the top floor, where there's a rooftop garden restaurant with an artistic vibe. I'd definitely stay here again if I have the chance. There's a pantry for self-service refills of some supplies, and you need to use a key card to access floors, which adds to the security. The open kitchen has a dishwasher and refrigerator. The only thing to watch out for is the extra-large hanging lamp – if you're not used to it, you might bump your head. Also, you need to climb stairs to get to the bed, so seniors and children should be careful.

We love the location of this hotel. Less than 5 mins walk from the Central Station. Room is of good size, clean and comfortable. Nice colour and decor of the room, which made the stay pleasant. Breakfast is good.

Great hostel in an excellent location. It’s within walking distance of Copenhagen Central Station, Tivoli Gardens, and many of the city’s main attractions, which made exploring the city easy. What stood out most was how much there is to do inside the hostel. If you arrive before check-in or have a late flight, train, or bus after check-out, there are plenty of spaces to relax, work, or socialize. There are games, a rooftop area, a gym, and several common spaces, so waiting never feels like a waste of time. The hostel is clean, modern, and has a friendly atmosphere. Lockers are available for luggage storage for an additional fee, which is convenient if you want to explore the city without carrying your bags. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for solo travelers, couples, and groups visiting Copenhagen.

I was around the city for 3days of design and happy for the stay (female share room). The room is pretty clean except there was no curtain for each bed and bathroom was tiny than expected. The hostel is nearby the metro station and easy to walk down to the city center. It’s surrounded by a small lake, people used to running and jogging there a lot. Also, You can pay 100 DKK for late check-out and stay until 1:00 PM. But no early check-in was available. Instead there’s a storage downstairs which charge me 2 hours for 25 DKK and 6 hours for 40 DKK.

Clean, unique indoor camping style, comfy bed with its own charging socket and light. Fresh bed linen, large lockers, plenty of toilets and showers with hot water. Large common/dining area, 24/7 reception next to bar area which also sells food, coffee etc. Lovely outdoor roof terrace. Near bus, Metro & train transport to all areas of the city and beyond - good links to Central Station and airport. My only criticism is that it doesn't have a kitchen for guests to cook their own food in - however, they do allow you to buy food from the plentiful nearby street food vendors & supermarkets and they do have power sockets in the common area if you have a travel kettle or similar. Would recommend this hostel and stay there again myself. Copenhagen is a beautiful city, very walkable, clean & interesting.

The hotel is fairly okay overall. Check-in is self-service, which is convenient but might not suit everyone. The room is quite small and feels a bit outdated. On the positive side, the bed and mattress are comfortable, which made sleeping easy. There is a sink in the room, which is useful, but the lighting is poor. Pretty cold inside. Overall, the space doesn’t feel very cozy.

Overall nice experience. Stayed in a room for three. Hotel is very close to København H station, just 2 mins walk. There is always someone at the front desk 24 hours a day to assist us. The room was clean, and the bed was very comfortable, one extra pillow provided. I especially liked the security chain on the door, which made us feel safe. However, the hotel also had some downsides. Since we visited in January when the weather was very cold, the heating in the room was insufficient, making it extremely chilly inside. I sneezed every morning from the cold. And, the bathroom door facing the bed, every time when someone goes to the bathroom mid night, the bright light in the bathroom was blinding. The shower space in the bathroom was also small, and there was no waterproof barrier on the floor to prevent water from spilling out, the entire bathroom floor was slippery after showering. There were three of us, but the hotel only provided two towels and three paper cups, with no toothbrushes or toothpaste. We have to buy it from the front desk for 30dkk. We were also surprised to find that even storing our luggage at the hotel required a fee of 40dkk per hour, so we went to the train station, where we could store our luggage for 24 hours for just 90dkk. If the hotel could resolve the heating issue, I would still recommend it based on its price and convenient location.

The overall experience was really nice, someone came to our room to clean and we got new towels. The staircase is long and made me a little bit dizzy. The room was really big and clean, it was warm. There were snacks we could eat after buying and the tv didn’t work. The location is great, 8min walking to the central station. It was a little bit difficult to check-in, as you have to download an app, check-in and create a virtual key to your room to go inside the building
