Location is perfect and around 10 minutes walk from the train station. I paid for an upgrade to the Heaven Rooms which was located on the the 9th floor with great view! The service and kindness of each of the people in the front desk was worth mentioning. Two disadvantages: 1. Breakfast was ok, but for the price you pay they could have add some more options, although the view was amazing! 2. The price of the lockers is quite high and unexpected until you see it in the front desk. Other than that it was great and well recommended!!

The place was good, very great for travellers and just looking for a place to rest after a tiring day. The light outside (window side) is a little bit bothering as you thought t is already late afternoon when in fact it is still early in the morning due to the lights. Location wise is great.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent location & great value The hotel is overall very good. Service is decent and satisfactory, nothing outstanding but perfectly fine. Location is truly excellent! It’s very easy to get here from the airport: take the direct bus, only costs 30 DKK per person, and it’s just a 2-minute walk to the hotel after getting off. It’s also very convenient for getting around: about 15 minutes to the train station, 20 minutes to the city centre, and 30–40 minutes to the main tourist attractions on foot. The room is a bit small, but small yet fully equipped — everything you need is there, clean and practical. Overall a great choice, especially for anyone valuing convenient transport!

Unfortunately, neither the online check-in nor the self-service terminals worked. Both either froze or displayed error messages. Please fix these issues or offer only in-person check-in instead. The in-person variant then was really quick. The room was quite small and simply furnished, but it was perfectly acceptable. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive, but decent. The location is good, situated near the canal and the main train station. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

Extremely small room, it was quite hard to take a shower without getting the whole bathroom wet.

The hotel is expensive compared to hotels of same standard in France and Italy. The room is very small and basic. It would be nice if they could renovate with hard wood floors to have cleaniness. The staff members are friendly and helpful. The location is also good, very close to Central train station.
