First time staying in a capsule hotel and it was really fun! The bed was quite spacious, easily fitting two people, and it had internal air circulation, so no need to worry about feeling stuffy. It felt very safe for a solo female traveler (just remember to close your door properly). The communal bathrooms were also very clean. Overall, great experience, definitely worth trying!

Great location. Very clean. Spacious bathrooms. Well soundproofed capsules. Each capsule has its own ventilation. Good-quality soap, shower gel, and shampoo were provided. The only thing missing was an on-site cafeteria.

Quite affordable compared to other places in Copenhagen. The staff were polite and helpful. I also enjoyed the free sauna in the bathrooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at CityHub. We arrived at the hotel early in the morning with hopes to drop off our luggage, we were instead offered a ‘hub’ straight away! The bathrooms and saunas were absolutely lovely, and the beds were very comfy. I enjoyed having a space to stand up within the hubs, and the ability to change the lighting and the music. Overall, I would recommend cityhub to anyone looking for a stay in Copenhagen. You pay significantly less than what you would in a typically hotel, for what I could argue is better service and better quality.

Unexpectedly clean and surprisingly quiet! Even with renovations next door, I couldn't hear a thing once the door was closed. The staff mentioned that each pod has professional-grade soundproofing. The restrooms, showers, and sauna were all incredibly comfortable.

Really enjoyable experience in Copenhagen! Good location, only 5-minute-walk from underground station. Can finish everything with clearly guided self-service. Very clean and quiet bedrooms and bathroom. Recommendation for all solo travelers!
