I and my son stayed for 3 days (btw 26-29 May ) at a Deluxe Room at 5th floor. Hotel Location was very close to TIVOLI and Central Station. Room was clean and wide. I stayed on "Breakfast included" basis.. Since I am an omelette or scrambled egg person at breakfast, the breakfast menu was sufficient for me because omelette and scrambled egg they were included under breakfast menu. . However, I've seen same star hotels with much more richer breakfasts of course.
1) Our 5th floor room was reachable via 2 elevators. Firrst you take an elevator and go to 1st floor. Then at 1st floor you walk through a looong coridor. I guess, after this long walk we reach to an additional building of hotel which you cannot understand.. From there you get the elevator again and reach 5th floor. ( I stayed at room 1503 )
2) Everyday the room was cleaned.
3) The reastaurant staff was very friendly and they were giving service in a very kind way.
4) The reception staff; They did not do anything wrong, but normally I expect a larger smile and more welcoming, energyc, warm attitudes when I step in a hotel. I do not know why I could not feel this at this hotel reception. Secondly, when the Italian male receptionst asked me about my room choice when checking in ( room with a view OR quite room looking at inner garden ), I said I prefer the room with VIEW. However, when I was choosing the room with view, I did not know that room was looking at a street where ROAD CONSTRUCTION was going on. He only told me that street can be crowded only during weekend. I said we will leave until weekend so I thought that I will not be effected from any street noise at a evening. But a CONSTRUCTION NOISE during day that he did not mention was not nice.
Overall, it is a nice hotel. But ask where your room is exactly located and ask if you will reach by 1 or 2 elevators.
