"Let me start with the positives: When I opened the door, I felt the room was quite spacious, and the toilet and shower were separate. The marble in the room also looked good, and the facilities were decent. I was initially quite satisfied. Security check was fast, which was really convenient for a morning flight! Now for the negatives: After a 15-hour drive back from Genyen, I arrived at the hotel at 2 AM. The front desk service attitude was very average, with unclear directions and signage. The navigation indicated the car park was on the first floor, but the front desk was on the second floor. The security guard on the first floor didn't proactively tell me to go to the second floor for check-in, and I also couldn't find the delivery locker. The most crucial part was, after I had already taken off my clothes, there was no hot water! At 2 AM! I called, and a kind woman came to check. She confirmed there was no hot water and took me to another room to shower. Her attitude was good, but having no hot water in the middle of the night was truly... Also, personally, I don't think the hairdryer matches the standard of this hotel."

You can just book the airport shuttle, and the Coaster minibus takes you directly to Tianfu Airport. Noise-canceling earplugs: Because it's so close to the airport, there's a bit of plane noise from take-offs and landings, but the hotel thoughtfully provided noise-canceling earplugs."

While the price was a little on the higher side, it included a buffet breakfast and a complimentary VIP security fast track pass. Imagine staying at an airport hotel, walking just five minutes – about 300 meters – to the security checkpoint. For someone catching an early flight, being able to sleep an extra hour in the morning is absolutely fantastic. What's more, if you're staying at this hotel and need to check in luggage, you can do it right downstairs at the hotel – no need to jostle with crowds, and they handle everything for you. Even more special is that their breakfast starts at 5:30 AM, knowing that people need to catch flights. This is a huge thumbs-up compared to other hotels where breakfast starts at 7 AM, meaning you often book it but can't eat it. This service and design truly make you feel like your stay is worthwhile. The room facilities are also excellent; the shower and toilet are separate, which means if two people are staying, they won't disturb each other. The front desk service was also exceptionally good and very thoughtful, providing details about breakfast, how to get to your gate, and so on. The panda design in the guest room corridors was also very unique and showcased Chengdu's panda theme perfectly."

Check-in at the front desk was quick, and the staff were enthusiastic and answered all my questions. "Super lovely hotel and only 15 minutes Didi from the Tianfu airport. It's located in a sports complex which is very quiet and quite unusual to wander around as there are only other airport guests around. The hotel room was clean with a super comfy bed, great shower, minifridge and a tea set to relax and enjoy. The Sichuan restaurant in the middle of the complex is super delicious and well-priced."

The overall environment is quiet and airy, ideal for guests who appreciate traditional garden styles. 3. **Neat and Business-Oriented Rooms:** The room decor leans towards a simple business style, with a well-arranged desk and power outlets. Items were neatly placed, and the bedding, floors, and bathroom were all very tidy, creating a good first impression. **Main Drawbacks and Complaints:** 1. **Breakfast and Light Meals Are Extremely Unfriendly (Especially for Early Morning Flight Passengers):** * The buffet only starts at 6:00 AM. Many flights from Tianfu International Airport depart around 7:00 AM, meaning passengers need to leave by at least 5:30 AM, making it impossible to catch breakfast. * The 'simple breakfast' provided by the hotel consists only of a box of milk, two pieces of bread, and a braised egg. It's low in nutrition and quantity, and the taste is mediocre, completely inconsistent with the 'Business Tower' positioning. * **Suggestion:** If you have to leave early, it's more reliable to prepare your own snacks in advance. 2. **Poor Service Responsiveness, Essentially 'Invisible':** * Aside from checking in at the front desk, it was difficult to find staff at other times. * Service lacked proactiveness and flexibility, giving the impression of a 'self-service' stay. 3. **Rigid Shuttle Bus Schedule, Every Half Hour:** * The shuttle bus departs strictly every half hour. You're lucky if you catch it; otherwise, you have to take a taxi or wait for the next one. * This inflexible arrangement is highly inconvenient for airport travelers on a tight schedule, and there's no emergency coordination mechanism. 4. **Extremely Poor Air Conditioning, Affecting Basic Rest:** * I personally experienced that the air conditioning 'did nothing all night,' whether for cooling or heating. This is a fatal flaw in summer or winter, severely impacting sleep quality. 5. **Prominent Safety Hazard, Elevator Lacks Key Card Access:** * The elevator doesn't require a key card to access any floor, meaning non-guests can freely reach the guest room areas. * For solo business travelers or female guests, this is a very serious security loophole, making it difficult to guarantee property and personal safety."
